Great stay while in Bogota.
Pros:

It’s our third time we stay in this great hotel and we don’t regret it. Best thing about hotel is location. We could walk to Andino mall, nice restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Neighborhood is safe and full of green. Staff is incredibly friendly. Every employee tries their best to make you feel like home.

Cons:

Phone has an awful noise when you call and that they won’t fix because it’s expensive for the hotel to do??

Bathroom could have better ventilation. Smell gets stuck in the room.

Pros:

O atendimento é espetacular, são todos muito simpáticos e solicitos. O quarto e o banheiro são enormes, é bem silencioso e a localização é perfeita.

Cons:

As instalações são um pouco antigas, a faixada é simples, eu daria 4 estrelas, apesar que ele tem um padrão bem mais elevado do que os outros 3 hotéis 4 estrelas que ficamos na Colômbia (Medellin, Cartagena e San Andres).
