worth for the vlue you pay

One night pit stop and glad it was short
Pros:

The bed was comfy. The reception staff were so so lovely and so were the doormen. Big rooms and nice free water. Only one night stay and that was plenty.

Cons:

Bed sheets were clean but stained, same as the towels. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Water damage to ceiling in bathroom and bedroom. Our key card didn’t work for the lift, so instead of replacing it we had to ask the staff to keep letting us in the lift, this meant we couldn’t use pool etc. breakfast was poor and so were the staff, I asked for a cup and was just looked at by the women when someone else asked they got several out. My partner asked if there would be refill on the beans as other foods were being refilled on request but our request was ignored again by the same two women. We did wait over half an hour and then decided to leave as no point waiting longer. It felt as thought we weren’t their sort of people so didn’t want to help? Such a shame as everywhere else in Indonesia the people have been the kindest people we’ve met.

Een grote teleurstelling!

Zwembad was de enige plek waar oké was

Cons:

Bijna alles! Dat is geen 4 sterren hotel maar maximaal een! Overal vies , schemel en stank. Dat is geen normale hotel. Laatste 4 verdiepingen worden als hotel gebruikt rest van de verdiepingen worden als normale woningen gebruikt

Please do not put uncapable person in front desk, front desk is the first impression of the hotel,
Pros:

The same menu all the time ..need to improved and need menu rotation ..the coffee not taste coffee at all....but the chefs all nice and friendly

Cons:

From the first check in...all request did not delivered, avoid the front office name sula.....when you request something, it will take forever..forget request a towel at the pool...it will take forever.
