The staff were friendly, polite and professional. Location is great, right in the centre. Room was big and bright and had a 5 star appeal.

The maids did not do a clean job and did not even make the beds.

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Not sure in what condition the other rooms are, but room 405 is for renovation and deep cleaning. 4 stars hotel can NOT have room in that condition.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, and the coffee is delicious.

Cons:

The bathroom and furniture in general needs an update and attention to details.
