Uitstekend
Pros:

De ligging aan de rand van het centrum. De ruime kamer met de stille ligging aan de achterkant van het hotel. Goede airconditioning. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie.

Cons:

Het ontbijt had uitgebreider gemogen. Maar het brood was wel vers

Pros:

Location is perfect…room spacious…stuff very kind and helpful.…the bedding was very clean and pleasantly scented, pillows comfortable.
The pedestrian zone is just across the street with all restaurants, shops, Danube park and a little hidden gems of the city.

Cons:

The room I stayed this time (204) wasn’t properly vacuum-cleaned. In the bathroom, after taking a shower, water doesn’t drain normally. It is slow and the drain is clogged somewhere. I told receptionist about the issue, he had written down, but plumber didn’t show up these days.
Towel holder was pretty unstable as well. It’s a matter of time when it will fall down.
This room definitely needs some minor, not so expensive improvements for better feeling while staying there.

Schlechte Instandhaltung und mangelnde Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel.

Lage ist Top!

Cons:

Ungepflegtes Hotel. Im Zimmer fiel der Strom mehrmals von selbst aus. Beim Frühstück waren sowohl die Kaffeemaschine als auch der Wasserspender defekt. Zudem gab es Zigarettenbrandflecken im Zimmer und die Badewanne war in einem unhygienischen Zustand.

Расположение в центре города, чудесный вид из окна. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Обратите внимание: заезд на паркинг с задней стороны здания в лифт (нужно позвонить по интеркому дежурному). Паркинг не расчитан на большие машины.

Personal in Reception perfect good vibes

Cons:

I paid, for a room with view to city center and i have view to back street, nothing interesting.

Restaurant was croud, i wait 15 min to get table free for breakfast
I asked the personal to clean the table and first they just take plates and put new tisue and fork. I have to ask again to clean because he didn’t want to clean. Was in really bad mood.

Exceptional comfort, delicious breakfast, and great service.
Pros:

The staff here is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
The room was excellent, plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Despite the convenient location, there was absolutely no noise from the outside, ensuring a brilliant night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was a genuinely delicious way to start the day.

Cons:

The only downside is the parking: spaces are quite tight and navigating them can be a bit of a challenge, so take extra care if you are driving a larger vehicle.
