Kwaliteit zoals je verwacht van een hotel!
Pros:

Fantastisch ruime kamer en heerlijk stil en niet gehorig! Kamer met bad was ook top! Mooie badkamer.

Cons:

Het zit overal ver vanaf. Dus geen supermarkt of iets in de buurt

Ich fahre heute wieder hin weil sonst alles passt für mich

Zimmer sind sauber gepflegt mit Klimaanlage Frühstück ist gut und parken kein Problem

Was mich maßlos ärgert, sind Ihre völlig unflexiblen und kundenunfreundlichen Abläufe.
Obwohl meine Kreditkarte bereits hinterlegt war, war es nicht möglich, das Frühstück einfach auf das Zimmer zu buchen. Stattdessen musste ich an drei aufeinanderfolgenden Morgen jeweils zur Rezeption gehen, damit meine Kreditkarte mit 20,50 € belastet wird. Das hat mich jeden Morgen unnötig Zeit gekostet, vollkommen überflüssig und in keinem anderen Hotel, das ich kenne, üblich. Buchen sie halt 4 x Frühst., wenn ich 2 x komme buchen sie zurück
Noch ärgerlicher war das Thema Rechnung. Insgesamt drei Mal habe ich erklärt, dass ich eine Rechnung auf meine Firma benötige. Die Firmenanschrift war bereits bei der Buchung über Booking hinterlegt. Zusätzlich habe ich meine Visitenkarte abgegeben und mir wurde ausdrücklich zugesichert, dass sowohl die Zimmerrechnung als auch die drei Frühstücksrechnungen auf die Firmenanschrift ausgestellt werden.
Auf meine Bitte, die Rechnung bereits am Vorabend zu erhalten, wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass dies grundsätzlich erst am Abreisetag möglich sei.
Ich habe mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass ich bereits um 5:00 Uhr morgens abreise und zu dieser Zeit offensichtlich niemand vor Ort ist, der eine Rechnung erstellen kann. Trotzdem wurde keinerlei Ausnahme gemacht oder eine Lösung angeboten.
Das Ergebnis: Ich bin ohne Rechnung abgereist. 2 Tage später obwohl ich die Visitenkarte hinterlegt hatte und meine Mail Adresse auf ein Blatt geschrieben habe, keine Rechnung. Wer die deutsche Buchhaltung kennt, weiß,nicht lustig.
Ich übernachte beruflich jedes Jahr in zahlreichen Hotels. Eine derart starre, unflexible und kundenunfreundliche Auslegung interner Richtlinien habe ich bislang noch nicht erlebt.
Es geht hier nicht um die 20,50 € für das Frühstück oder um die Qualität Ihres Hotels. Es geht darum, dass einem zahlenden Gast das Leben unnötig schwer gemacht wird, obwohl sich alle Probleme mit etwas Kundenorientierung problemlos hätten lösen lassen.
