Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom and shower were fine. The location was quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches by car. Breakfast was reasonably good.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the dinner included in our half-board package. We paid extra for half-board, expecting decent meals, but the food was absolutely terrible. The selection was extremely limited, and the quality was very poor.

We were travelling with three children, and there was practically nothing suitable for our family to eat. Even water was not included with dinner and had to be purchased separately.

Already on the very first day, I raised this issue with the hotel staff and asked to cancel the half-board package, switch to breakfast only, and refund the difference. Unfortunately, the hotel refused and made no effort to find a reasonable solution.

As a result, every single evening we had to drive into town and pay for dinner at restaurants, despite having already paid for dinner at the hotel.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the hotel’s unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request from a family with three children. We were not asking for anything unreasonable — simply not to be charged for meals that we could not eat.

Very disappointing food quality, poor customer service, and absolutely no flexibility. I would strongly advise families against booking the half-board package at this hotel.

Un moment paisible dans un cadre magnifique. A refaire.
Pros:

Un super accueil, surclassé dans un studio avec une chambre magnifique et une vue extraorinaire sur la lagune. Literie d'un très grand confort. Un calme paisible. Piscine et Spa dans le prix du séjour. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et préparés sur place. La formule du souper au Bufet Libre était également très bien, le personnel parle toutes les langues. C'était juste parfait

Inesperadamente aconchegante, recomendo.
Pros:

Eu e meu parceiro sinceramente gostamos de tudo, o quarto/ap é lindo, o spar é muito bom, o pequeno-almoço foi incrível e tinha uma variedade de coisas maravilhosas, achei realmente tudo muito bom. Mas gostaria de dar um ênfase nos funcionários, fomos muito bem recebidos, as coisas foram explicadas de forma calma e clara, a estadia foi realmente muito agradável, apenas gostaria de ter ficado mais tempo, 1 noite não foi o suficiente. 😭

Cons:

Sinceramente a única coisa a pontuar como um pouco “menos” agradável foi a cama, que era um pouquinho dura, mas de resto tudo incrível, ar condicionado, casa de banho, a tv, as leds, tudo em uma maravilha.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, com varanda, boas instalações de wc, bons produtos. Bom pequeno-almoço. Simpatia dos funcionários.

Pros:

Limpieza muy buena. Amabilidad del personal de la recepción, muy buena. Desayuno, bueno, ubicación, depende de los intereses de cada visitante.

Que booking no nos advirtiera que había cambios en la ruta para llegar al hotel por trabajos en la vía.

Cons:

Reservei 2 quartos, um duplo e um single, fiquei surpreso quando cheguei ao alojamento e diz-me a recepionista que eu tinha reservado só 2 singles e que tinha que pagar a diferença, afinal a diferença era um pequeno almoço coisa que não fiz pk normalmente não tomo peq.almoço. Achei o chekin muito borucrático.

Uma estadia agradável e bem passada.

A localização era excelente e tinha uma grande vista. O pequeno almoço também era bom e tinha uma boa variedade de produtos.

Cons:

As camas podiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis. Num dos dias, ocorreu uma festa no restaurante do hotel até bastante tarde, e que não nos deixou dormir nas melhores condições..

O alojamento é bem limpo organizado, tudo novo. O café da manhã é o jantar são ok. A vista da piscina é maravilhosa.
