The outstanding highlight of our overnight stay was the dinner which exceeded all expectation. I cannot fault it and its quality was better than many higher grade hotels in which we have stayed. Service by the staff was very good with positive attitude and welcoming stance. Good view from the room over the river and in to the distance.
Finding the hotel using satnav can be confusing and carrying luggage upstairs for older clients can be off-putting. There is secure(?) underground parking outside the hotel The room was adequate for an overnight stay but nothing more, and the bathroom could do with refurbishment. We were not late into breakfast which was sparse, but with two staff clearly wanting to clear everything away, as we ate. We felt rushed and in the way.
Location and that we were able to book at last minute. The evening staff were plesent and kind
Beds were terrible, rooms had an odd smell, and we weren't quite sure if we were cleaner before or after showering
We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The rooms were very comfortable, and the beds were exceptionally cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The swimming pool was a fantastic bonus and the perfect place to relax after a day of cycling. We also greatly appreciated having a secure space to store our bicycles.
The food was outstanding. Both dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations, with excellent quality, great variety, and delicious flavors.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.

Absolutely nothing, we didn't even stay, checked in and checked out within 2hrs.
The hotel was dreadful, tired, depressing and smelt awful. Cardboard cups for a hot beverage in the room and we won't even describe how awful the bed and pillows were.
We didn't even unpack and checked out very quickly.
The area is absolutely awful, everything shut down years ago and we now find out it has the worst social problems in the Lot etc Garonne, not advised to go outside on an evening!
The thought of spending our 25th wedding anniversary there filled us with dread hence our fast departure.
What a waste of money and booking.com needs to delete from their books or give a warning of how dire it is.

La salle de bain est un peu usee
Personnel très agréable et petit déjeuner copieux. Magnifique vue depuis la chambre.
Les toilettes sont très basses par rapport à la norme et le Monsieur qui était dans la salle et semblait s'occuper des petits déjeuner avait un tee-shirt plein de tâches. Quant à la réception dès que nous sommes arrivés un monsieur était présent et est parti à notre arrivée et sommes restés 5 bonne minutes sans personne. Nous avons du téléphoner pour quelqu'un se déplace. La chambre vue de la fenêtre directe sur un toit.
