Pros:

Reception staff, very nice both when I arrived late on Thursday and again first thing in the morning on Friday. I arrived later due to the storm and had to be at my meeting in Cherry Hill by 6am, so I basically took a shower and slept at the hotel but everything was fine. I will return again, if I have the occasion to be in that area.

Was a pretty good hotel
Pros:

Everything the room was clean and most workers were nice

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t working after I called and they said it was working and the worker Sharee was not friendly at all

They called me back to the room to move my stuff and my kid stuff to another room because there was a leak. I was late and had to cancel a whole day of my vacation plans because of this.

It was decent. Stayed for my son's 10th birthday but had some inconveniences.
Pros:

Area of the hotel and was clean and well kept except for the pool.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and jets in the hot tub were not working. The air system in one of my rooms was not working properly so it was very hot. Also the elevators were out during checkout. I had to carry my infant/car seat and 2 year old down 5 flights of stairs along with all of our luggage.

Great experience!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff made the experience even better.

A special thank you to Daisy for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Her attention to guests and positive attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.
