Pros:

Did not get breakfast? Was not sure if that was included with my reservation?

It was decent. Stayed for my son's 10th birthday but had some inconveniences.
Pros:

Area of the hotel and was clean and well kept except for the pool.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and jets in the hot tub were not working. The air system in one of my rooms was not working properly so it was very hot. Also the elevators were out during checkout. I had to carry my infant/car seat and 2 year old down 5 flights of stairs along with all of our luggage.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

I enjoyed the ambiance the staff very pleasant

Cons:

I was on the 4th floor. The children was very loud running through hall going to elevator.other than that everything else was good.

It was relaxing stores and restaurants were close by the weather was bearable only rained at night.
Pros:

The location it was clean had a guest laundry

No Smart TVs
Pros:

We booked two adjoining rooms for my daughter’s birthday. The girls were going to swim and then watch movies. Each room was over $250 on a Thursday night. All was going well until we realized the 55 inch televisions do NOT have any streaming. It was not a smart TV. I’m sorry, but for over $200 a night that is crazy! We aren’t even in the city, we are in a suburb. I can’t believe a name like Hilton would not have a way we can watch movie.

Better experience with our second stay
Pros:

Luckily, we got our room was upgraded for free to two queen size beds room (our original reservation was one king size bed room). Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm; hence, we received a free upgrade.

It is our second stay at this hotel and this time we were not bothered by the noise from the pool area and unruly teenagers, who came to visit the Six Flags amusement park. The first time it had been a nightmarish stay.

Our room seemed to be renovated and was clean, but the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Keep in mind that Mount Laurel is a good base for Philadelphia but the rates are doubled over weekends due to the proximity to the Six Flags.
