Chambre au RDC avec deux lits simples et sans doute mal ventilée occasionnant gêne respiratoire nocturne pour les deux occupants et mauvais sommeil.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately our experience was far below what was advertised.

One of the main reasons we booked this property was its supposedly excellent location near the metro. However, the nearest metro station was not “just steps away” as implied and required approximately an 8-minute walk. While this may not seem significant, the description was misleading.

The biggest issue was hygiene. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were visible yellow stains in the toilet, and surfaces such as the bedside tables and telephone were covered in dust. The overall cleanliness standard was unacceptable.

An even more serious problem was the large number of flies/insects in the room. We believe they were coming through the ventilation system. Despite keeping the room closed, we continuously found new insects inside. We reported this issue to the reception, but the staff seemed surprised and offered no effective solution. We even asked for insect spray, but were told they did not have any available. As a result, we had to purchase insect killer ourselves from a local store and repeatedly spray the room throughout our stay.

Despite doing this every evening before going to sleep, we would wake up to find the room full of insects again the next morning. We were bitten multiple times during our stay, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant.

The elevator was also exceptionally small and did not feel particularly safe to use.

I would not recommend this hotel unless there are absolutely no other options available. The hygiene problems significantly affected our stay and did not meet the standards that guests should reasonably expect.

Se proprio dovessi trovare un neo (ma minuscolo) la stanza a noi assegnata non era enorme e ogni tanto avevamo la sensazione di essere un po’ “stretti” ma è un elemento davvero minimo rispetto a ciò che ci ha offerto.

Se proprio dovessi fare un'osservazione non sono un'amante della moquette per terra e dei teli e cuscini di arredo messi sopra alle lenzuola pulite, li trovo un po' superati e non troppo igienici, anche se la camera, era comunque molto pulita.

Les chambres sont très basiques pour le prix de 260 euros/nuitée. Il n ya aucun équipement nécessaire au confort des voyageurs. Même pas les articles habituels de toilettes. Le petit déj est très pauvre et même le plateau de chambre n'est pas renouvelé avec thé et café. J'ai demandé qu'on fasse ma chambre, je suis revenue à 16h30 la chambre n'était pas encore faite mais quand je suis rentrée j'ai vu que le personnel avait accédé et mis seulement de l'eau au réfrigérateur et à laissé la chambre. Lorsqu'il m'a vu venir il est venu me dire je vous fait la chambre ? J'ai dit que c'était trop tard je devrais me reposer. Franchement ce n'était pas une expérience positive et je ne crois pas revenir une autre fois à cet hôtel
