交通對沒開車的顧客比較不方便。可以規提供免費好騎的腳踏車或電動車供使用。對不開車的住客比較友善。娛樂設施需更新（桌球拍和桌子都可以更新喔）

Pros:

房卡是木質的，挺有質感。海景房是面東邊，若早起可欣賞日出及花蓮港海天一色的好風景。房間大小寬敞舒適，除了放置雙人床，還有書桌椅及另一把貴妃椅，行動間仍遊刃有餘。飯店的游泳池跟按摩池大小適中，如果使用的人多，會顯得擁擠，但是維持的算乾淨。飯店員工友善，能夠禮貌地回答問題。

Cons:

訂了海景房，但發現陽台上的椅子都是灰，除非自己重新擦過，不然沒辦法坐。枕頭真的需要改善，一躺就幾乎完全扁掉，沒有支撐力，住了二晚脖子就要落枕了。晚上隔音沒有問題，但遇到同層的房客沒注意，甩門聲非常明顯。
