Impeccable service in 1920-s themed intimate-feel hotel
Pros:

Beautiful 1920-s themed property tucked away in a quieter street. Rooftop pool is small but very refreshing on a scorching day, secret garden with live music at the very top of the building opens up to magical views. The service is impeccable, breakfast buffet lush and truly varied, bed linens soft and silky. Members of the staff are incredibly professional and friendly and service is impeccable. The little running map on the desk, the detailed instruction card on where to find what in the hotel skyscraper and the magical welcome drink are small cherries on top that dot the entire stay.

Cons:

AC in the room can be Arctic to those sensitive to it - we set ours to +27C and still it felt a bit fresh outside the blanket at night, but that’s just a testament to a good system that has to keep things cool in a scorcher of a city like Bangkok, so if you’re not a lover of hot and humid Asia like we are you might be happy with its ultra efficiency. Was missing hand soap by the sinks in the bathroom - seems it’s part of the plan, otherwise shower amenities are fragrant and plentiful and stack of towels is tall.
