I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful, with a charming vintage style that creates a unique and elegant atmosphere. The room was comfortable, stylish, and full of character.

The Front Office team was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived.

A special thank you to the Concierge team—Mr. A, Mr. Antoni, Mr. Owen, and Mr. Non—for their outstanding service. They were extremely helpful with our luggage and provided excellent sightseeing recommendations, making our trip around Bangkok smooth and enjoyable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a memorable stay in Bangkok!

L'établissement nous a débité 6000 baths (somme que vous versez en dépôt en début de séjour et qui est remboursé en fin de séjour si vous n'avez pas utilisé de service tel que bar , mini bar etc ) sans aucune raison .
J'attends un remboursement rapide avant une plainte.

Bad call: Self marketing is NOT more important than practicality
Pros:

Stayed here 3 nights. Used my Awards & Points to get their suite. I was disappointed. The whole hotel has chosen darkness as a theme. So not enough lighting in the room. The decor is disturbing. Hollow, fake books on a shelf. Chandeliers so low they hit your head. A "study area" in the suite devoid of AC or Vent. Goofy bathroom layout. And Mosquitos in the lobby waiting area. Not going back there

Wonderful Experience - A Great Intro to Thailand
Pros:

This was the first hotel we stayed at during a 3 week trip in Thailand and it set the bar high. It's exactly what's advertised and it truly located in a perfect area for exploring Bangkok. You are walking distance from CenterWorld, across the street from 3 x 711s, a pharmacy, and at lunch time during the week there are quite a few food stands around to grab yourself a fresh bag of fruit.

The rooms were clean, the daily cleaning was thorough, we always had fresh towels, the pool was perfect for a nice evening dip, and the speakeasy on the roof made great cocktails and had a nice view of Bangkok worth checking out.

The staff were so sweet. From the doorman, to Mr. A, Antoine and the front desk staff. Knowing our next stop after Bangkok was Sukhothai, they even gave us some recommendations of a town just outside of Sukhothai to go see while we are there.

We made the reservations online with our credit card and weren't expecting having to make a deposit. So just be mindful to have cash (it's 2,000 THB), and they will give it back as you leave. We took out cash just before getting to the hotel, and had we known about the deposit we would have taken out more when we first arrived.

On the same street, there is actually a Michelin restaurant worth trying (not expensive) called, Baannok Bangkok. The spa across the street called Diora is great for a real Thai Massage (we did a couples one and it straightened us out), and the restaurant located beside the hotel called Baan Langsuan has a great Thai breakfast and although we didn't try it, it was always packed for dinner.
