After entering into the room i directly went to the bathroom, we were two but only 1 towel was kept , no denket kit, comb , bucket mog were kept. They charged 2 dentel kit for 100 Rs, breakfast was not provided. I just requested for making the bed only then the Receptionist said that you have c/in today we will not do today it was really not expected at all.

2 séjours très agréables dans cet hôtel. J'y retournerais avec plaisir !
Pros:

Premier séjour dans cet hôtel qui nous a paru très pratique niveau emplacement. Rues adjacentes très animées. Près du métro. Ambiance agréable. L'hôtel a bien voulu garder une valise que nous avons pu récupérer lors de notre 2ème séjour. Chambre du 1er séjour un peu sombre pour moi malgré fenêtre mais confortable et propre. Personel un peu sec au début.. mais très attentif et aimable par la suite. Et lors de notre 2ème séjour ils nous ont accordé une grande chambre lumineuse, très agréable avec sa salle de bains confortable attenante. Tout était parfait. j'ai vraiment apprécié leur amabilité et leur service de taxi.

Cons:

Si "critique" à faire, c'eût été peut-être d'accorder un peu plus de soin (niveau "netteté") à l'intérieur de la cabine de douche de cette 1ere chambre lors du 1er séjour.. mais la salle de bain en elle-même était propre, de bonne taille avec un lavabo confortable ce qui n'est pas le cas de bien des hôtels parfois..

J'ai séjourné 2 fois dans cet hôtel et y retournerais avec grand plaisir. Merci au personnel !
Pros:

Le personnel très aimable m'a donné une belle grande chambre claire. J'ai apprécié la propreté et le confort de la literie. Les équipements : chaises, fauteuils, tables, rangement, tiroirs, etc parfaits.. L'emplacement aussi à 5 minutes du métro. Beaucoup de restaurants et commerces de proximité. Le service de taxi efficace et abordable.

Cons:

Eu petit problème avec l'A/C mais résolu de suite, m'ont donné une chambre spacieuse très agréable. Le restaurant par contre ne m'a pas trop inspirée..
