Veraltetes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück
Pros:

In der Nähe des Themenparks. Konferenz-Facilities. Bar hatte lange auf und man konnte in dem Bereich sitzen auch wenn es geschlossen war. Gute Matratzen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Teppich sehr alt und muffig, riecht sehr schlecht. Kein Vergnügen sich nur eine Minute länger als nötig im Zimmer aufzuhalten. Geruch auch in anderen Zimmern. Renovierungsstau. Fenster können nur 5cm geöffnet werden.
Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett, Herausragend das Personal beim Frühstück, nur Front-Desk leider etwas unmotiviert.

Fabulous
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. The staff were attentive yet unobtrusive.
Lovely location peaceful.
The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean.

Can’t fault the charming crappie on check in
Pros:

5* for the young lad on reception on arrival to check friendly and charming 5* for the bath enjoyed a hot soak and fell a sleep in it when you’re used to a shower this is a treat 5* for the comfy bed. Sadly the rest lets your team down…old tired rooms in desperate need of a refurb, black mould round the sink, dirty grey splodge through the room looks like someone threw up at some point and never got cleaned up, fraid curtains looks unsightly, towel rails old and rusting needs replacing, soap descenders gunky round the bottle necks, take seconds to give the bottles a wipe, black mould in the corners of the wall by the sink, dusty head board, lamps and shades, new unit needed as cup ring marks evidence of mould on the tiles, a very noticeable repair on the bathroom tiles after a hole being filled, what looks like wall filler in the bath my first thought was the bath hadn’t been cleaned properly, based on the room itself is why I have give 3* I must insist there is 5* for your receptionist on check in, he was lovely, polite and charming

Good but needs an update
Pros:

Been using this hotel for around 5 years and could notice this year it needed refurbishing and a decent clean. Walls need painted were dirty, carpets stained and damaged. It’s not worth £100 odd a night. The food hasn’t changed and is not the best at all. I’d order a basic pizza and chips to be on the safe side. The rooms were somewhat dusty and damp. I managed to experience 2 different double rooms and a Viking room. You’d think the Viking rooms were a different hotel inside. I must say though it is a great break to have with kids especially if they enjoy Thomas the tank engine. The grounds are great to walk round, see lots of widlife and animals. Adventure golf also included. Play park areas have been removed and cordoned off.

Greeted by the guy on the desk at around 23:30. Very efficient and friendly, which helped take the sting out of the park

Clean, spacious and it felt new. Kia and the staff at breakfast were pretty amazing. I travel a lot and these guys are up there!! Well done all of you 👍🏻

Cons:

Paying for parking 😡. Upstairs shower leaking into our bathroom.

2 days at theme park and one night at hotel very good

Nice clean security very good with passes only working in lift

Only slight thing was the double bed could bin a little wider for 2 of us
