Sufficient for purpose
Pros:

Facilities were good but tired in places....clearly aiming at the kiddy market ...it would have been nice to have a more adult zone to relax in other than the bar.

Room was very dusty. Staff excellent....food choice was limited for adults but excellent what was served.
Not enough parking near the hotel for those who cant walk very far but are not registeted disablef.

Cons:

More soft furnishings in an adult only zone....quiet zone for adults only in the restaurant.....children should not be allowed in the bar

Everything went fine and would stay again in the future
Pros:

Everything went well during our four night stay , the breakfast was fine and the hotel was quiet because the park was closed .

Cons:

Nothing we did not like but the hotel could be totally different when the park is open and the families arrive .

Okay room, good for business stay, food not bad, staff friendly.
Pros:

Dinner menu was small, but actually very tasty. Chicken ceaser salad was well sauced, and good hot grilled chicken.
Room was okay, a bit dated, but not too bad. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Decent sized carpark.

Cons:

Air con stopped working in the evening, and then the room window wouldn't close, so temperature levels were a bit all over the place. Didnt have breakfast as looked very dry and sad. Felt more like a business hotel that something i would expect to see at a childrens theme park - ideal for my work stay, but if id brought the kids, they would have been disappointed.

Nice hotel, good food and handy location
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend for a wedding, and overall it was a really pleasant experience.

The hotel itself was clean, tidy and well presented throughout, and every member of staff we came across was genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room (333) was modern and well equipped, with fast Wi-Fi that was easy to connect to, a large TV with plenty of channels, and a really handy wall plate with HDMI and USB connections. There were also plenty of plug sockets around the room, which is always appreciated.

The bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower was powerful and got very hot, although the temperature control was quite sensitive, so it could be a bit fiddly to get just right. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was nice and quiet overall. There was also a window you could open, although it was a little awkward to close again.

The only real downside in the room was the bed. It was quite hard and a bit too bouncy for our liking, and it felt like it dipped slightly in the middle, so we kept rolling towards each other during the night.

We had dinner in the brasserie on the Friday evening. I had the pizza and my wife had the pulled pork burger. The food was decent and reasonably priced, although it came out a bit lukewarm rather than properly hot. That said, the staff were great and service was smooth 👍

Breakfast was actually a highlight. It’s usually where hotels fall short, but this one was surprisingly good. The sausages and bacon were really tasty, there was a good range of options, and everything felt good quality. It did get a bit busy around the juice machine, but nothing too major. The only letdown was the coffee machine, which produced pretty awful coffee, but that seems to be standard for most hotels ☕

One thing worth mentioning is that parking was very kindly validated for us because we were attending a wedding, which was a nice touch and saved us the usual charge.

Overall, despite a few minor issues, we had a very enjoyable stay. I’d happily recommend the hotel, particularly if you’re attending a wedding there or visiting the nearby theme park.
