Cons:

Salle de bains sans porte manteaux ni étagère pour poser ses affaires, aucun rangement. Pas de bouchon pour le lavabo,etle robinet n est même pas fixe sur ce dernier. de plus le pq est pose a même le sol car il n y a pas de dévidoir... bravo l hygiène. Pas de porte savon non plus dans la douche.
Alors qu'il faisait canicule et 40° à Paris, aucun systéme de rafraichissement dans la chambres,il a fallu réclamer pour que l'on nous porte pour 3 personnes 2 tout petits ventilateurs. Un ravalement de façade était en cors lors de notre passage empêchant l’aération par l'ouverture de la fenêtre. Le rideau de la fenetre était trop petit ne permettant pas non plus de se protéger complétement du jour et du soleil. Nous avons quitté établissement une nuit plus tôt que prévu compte tenu de ce circonstances et la direction a refusé de nous rembourse au au moins partiellement de de la nuité non consommée.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, non troppo centrale ma in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le principali attrazioni.
Ascensore che evita lunghe rampe di scale non scontato in centro a Parigi.

Cons:

Stanza priva di condizionatore, davvero caldo anche nel periodo di giugno, unica vera grande pecca.
Finestre che isolano abbastanza nonostante la parecchia confusione che c’è in strada fino a tardi che potrebbe risultare fastidiosa se si trascorresse più di qualche notte.
Nel complesso hotel adatto per trascorrere giusto qualche notte per poter fare un week end a basso costo e vicino a alle attrazioni.

Отель в ужасном состоянии. Очень грязно, уборка практически отсутствует. Двери в туалет не закрываются. Повсюду поломки, ничего нормально не работает. Всё старое и плохо обслуживается.

Описание на сайте не соответствует действительности — фотографии и обещанные условия не совпадают с реальностью.

Мы не рекомендуем этот отель. Общее впечатление крайне негативное.

Boa, quarto para quatro pessoas grande, banheiro pequeno, porém funcional.

Cons:

limpeza, estão em obra e está meio sujo, passamos três diárias e foram três dias um carrinho de roupas sujas no corredor.
