L'hôtel est très bien placé au centre ville. Le personnel est à l'écoute.
Le ménage n'est pas assuré chaque jour. Seuls les lits sont faits quotidiennement. Ouverture tardive du service petit déjeuner (7h30). A notre départ tôt le matin malgré la formule petit déjeuner rien n'est prévu pour remplacer le petit-déjeuner (box petit-déjeuner). Sur ma demande nous n'avons pas pû avoir de sandwich, juste quelques articles insuffisants.
Mooie kamer. Hotel in het centrum. Echt een anders dan anders kamer inrichting met parket en veel ruimte (onze kamer #104 dan)
Behulpzame medewerkers die ook zorgden voor om ontbijt pakketje bij ons vroege vertrek naar de luchthaven.
Airco werkte iets minder
Olor a humedad en la Habitación y muy ruidoso. Se oye Todo de las habitaciones de los lados.
Super, nous n'avons fait quune nuit de passage a Ponta delgada. Hotel super bien situe. Nous avons eu une chambre immense alors qu'elle etait censée etre de 15m2. Petit balcon top.
Le petit dejeuner qui n'était vraiment pas réussi... les œufs n'étaient pas bons :(
O hotel é tradicional, mas muito bem localizado, perto das Portas da Cidade e perto das Portas do Mar e de muitos outros pontos de interesse em Ponta Delgada. Também está muito perto de várias opções de restauração. O quarto era muito espaçoso, muito maior do que a maioria dos quartos de hotel e tinha um pequeno frigorífico com algumas bebidas. Apesar da proximidade com o centro histórico, era muito sossegado e não se ouvia barulho à noite. Os funcionários da recepção e do pequeno-almoço era muitíssimo simpáticos e muito prestáveis. Foram incansáveis a tornar a nossa estadia muito agradável.
O pequeno-almoço é saboroso, mas simples. Tem todos os essenciais, mas podia ser mais variado. É a única coisa a apontar.

It was a nice hotel probably in the 70's and maybe early 80's.
Beds were likely bought in auction when Alcatraz closed. Same with the pillows. No coffee in the room and the A/C is noisy.

Centrally located, this property was in the heart of the city. Shops and restaurants all around. The hotel itself was very clean and professionally managed.
Our room’s air conditioner made quite the rattle that would consistently go off. At times, it would wake us up.
