Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada.
Pros:

Centrally located, this property was in the heart of the city. Shops and restaurants all around. The hotel itself was very clean and professionally managed.

Cons:

Our room’s air conditioner made quite the rattle that would consistently go off. At times, it would wake us up.

Very nice hotel, but simple breakfast
Pros:

Spacey room, friendly vibe and an otherwise very nice looking Hotel in a great location.

Cons:

For a four star hotel, I expect more freshly made breakfast options. This breakfast was very simple.

Lage toll, Personal sehr nett, großes Zimmer und Bad, sehr sauber

Cons:

- es war nichts Frisches beim Frühstück (außer Obst), keine Tomaten, Gurken usw.
- für den Preis hätte ich einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer erwartet
- übersehen den Weckanruf zu tätigen
