When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of R120 per pet, per night applies. We accept small size pets weighing up to 10 kilos and a maximum of two pets per apartment. The pet must carry the vaccination card updated with mandatory vaccines (anti-rabies), which must be presented at check-in, under penalty of non-acceptance of the animal.

Hotel com infraestrutura excelente, atendentes atenciosos e bem educados!
Apenas um detalhe de melhoria, nossa cama era emendada, 2 camas de solteiro, que para casal isso se torna ruim. Apenas esse detalhe para melhoria, do restante tudo 100%.
El desayuno muy completo, las camas comodas, muy lindos los pavos reales que recorrian por los jardines libremente
Las habitaciones muy ruidosas. Las puertas son antiguas de madera entonces todos los sonidos de los pasillos se escuchan en la habitación. Ademas los sonidos de las habitaciones de la planta alta se escuchan muy fuerte en las habitaciones de planta baja, pasos, golpes, muebles arrastrandose, elementos que caen al piso, todo se oye muy fuerte.
Entonces a la hora de dormir las habitaciones no son un lugar silencioso y alteran el descanso

Tudo muito bom, comida e café maravilhosos, equipe bem treinada, drinks muito bons! As áreas de lazer superaram as expectativas, agora no inverno a piscina aquecida foi ótima!
Uma única sugestão é realizar as atividades com as crianças e adultos até no máximo 19h00, pois alguns hóspedes precisam dormir mais cedo por conta da viagem e o barulho se torna um pouco incomodo.
