Toilets not clean and doors don’t close ( bathroom doors)
Service & food...
My car is put in the valet parking lot but comes out full of bird boops, which cause very much discomfort to me and my family.
Staff was very courteous; property is reasonably clean; breakfast spread was amazing; food was very tasty
Room bar menu can be complimentary.

Allow house guests to come inside with Auto you cannot say no to house guest which ever the vehicle they come
There was some paint smell in the room, very strong.
Staff were rude, I asked some extra water and the person who delivered was acting like he paid for it and bought it for me. Not sure what was his problem.

The breakfast was good. the bed were comfortable. it was a good option for a 1 night stay
The car park is so steep and the parking sports are so narrow. the noise from the hall can be heard inside, so noise guests should be warned after 10pm.
The location is very convenient
Housekeeping was below standard. No face towels, no bath mat. Had to request for them to be provided. The quality of the food at the rooftop restaurant was sub standard.
Only the location and some staff courteous behaviour
The room with stinking smell from the bathroom.The food quality especially at the crood restaurant was horrible uncooked
