Pros:

Location to my conference venue

Cons:

Taps in shower was very hard to get the right water temperature- also the soap holder in shower is in a very bad spot need to fix.

Fantastic.
Pros:

The 'Three Ans Banh Mi' vietnamese next door is fantastic for breakfast. I highly recommend the crispy pork Banh Mi.

Cons:

Street noise. Best to keep the double glaze window close as it can get noisy in the middle of the night when the occassional vehicle drives by.

Pros:

The staff are always willing to help with anything always friendly.
Rooms are big and clean. Beds are comfy it's great how they can split all the beds so you can have 4 singles. Enough seating for everyone. Showers are great.

We would happily stay here again, however we would request a room not facing Marvel.
Pros:

Location was perfect, room was great

Cons:

Our room was great! However as we faced Marvel, the lights from signage which is on 24/7, was coming through the sides of the blinds and I had to buy an eye mask & my husband slept with a tshirt over his eyes because our sleep was very interrupted.

Handy spot for docklands stay in Melbourne
Pros:

The location was excellent being close to both southern Cross station and my meeting venue, plus local restaurants were an easy walk.

Cons:

The heating in my apartment didn't work but I was given an extra blanket.

Amazing staff and location…beds not so amazing
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Always friendly and helpful. The staff absolutely made the stay and would stay again just based on their helpfulness and friendliness.

Cons:

The beds, springs were felt through the bedding and felt like we were sleeping on a rock. I almost pulled the bedding off and set up on the ground.
Vents need cleaning and mould on the roof in bathroom.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff quiet rooms.
Pros:

Close to everything , quiet and very clean.

Cons:

Too much light coming into the room at night although blockout blinds provided it needed a curtain over the top to block the lights completely.
