Her er det forbedringspotensiale. Vi regner med at det er innkjøringsproblemer… Men det var såpass bra at vi kommer nok

Cons:

Dårlig språkkunnskaper av det ikke norske personalet. De klarte ikke å yte service når de ikke kunne norsk.

Ładny hotel , na 3 piętrze trochę PRL ale czysto nie można narzekać. Jakość do ceny spoko pyszne śniadanko . Byłem jedna co na wyprawie Moto jestem zadowolony.

Pros:

Jeg bestilte rommene i flere måneder i forveien. Standardrom til alle. Da vi kom dit var ett av rommene veldig varmt og det var umulig å slå av varmen. Vaktmester ble hentet, men ingenting kunne gjøres. Vi fikk beskjed at dette rommet har vært slik lenge og at det skulle renoveres. Når de sitter med en slik kunnskap så må de ikke leie ut dette rommet! Vi spurte om det gikk an å få et annet rom og svaret var blankt nei. Svært uvanlig tilbakemelding til gjestene!

Var rent, det som var pussetopp av hotellet var veldig fint

Cons:

Veldig striks på at det var innsjekking kl 15.00, ingen imøtekommelse på å finne et rom som kunne være ferdig tidligere. Rommet var slitent, så ut som når vi bodde der på 90 tallet, men vi fikk informasjon om at det skulle pussesopp.

Flott opphold på Frich`s Hotel Surnadal
Pros:

Hotellet er relativt nyoppusset, med delikate rom, gode senger og flott bad.
Frokosten var helt topp, med flere valg enn mange andre hotell vi har besøkt i Norge nylig.

Cons:

Ingenting.

Pros:

God frokost, og ett trivelig hotell.

Cons:

Vi hadde bestilt ekstra seng på rommet, den måtte vi etterspørre. I tillegg manglet ekstra håndklær. Resepsjonisten viste ikke hvordan hun skulle ta ekstra betalt for hund og 1 pers i tillegg.

Felt very welcomed .
Pros:

Rooms were excellent! Enjoyed ability to log into Netflix. The breakfast was lovely. Staff were so helpful.
