It was worth it and pleasant.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally thoughtful, considerate, and friendly, especially Gesha, who immediately took care of our requests when we arrived and were unhappy with the room we had been assigned. She promptly helped us change rooms, and we were absolutely delighted with the new one.
In addition, the housekeeping staff were professional, efficient, and thorough. The room was spotless throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, even with the self-check-in process.

Cons:

Our first impression was somewhat negative because the room we were initially assigned was not what we had expected. However, the staff resolved the issue immediately without any additional cost or hesitation. They treated us with respect and understanding throughout the process, turning what could have been a disappointing experience into a very positive one. As a result, we had no issues for the rest of our stay.

Did the job for the required purpose
Pros:

Very close to Olympia, which was my destination each day. Also very close to Kensington high street (walking distance).
Room was small but comfortable.

Cons:

It was as described but no more.
No complaints.

Tout petit, peu de service, mais propre
Pros:

Bien équipé et propre, les chambres sont refaites à neuf, le personnel est serviable et aimable, Il est juste a coté d'une ligne de bus qui part toutes les 10 mns dans le centre

Cons:

Toute petite taille vraiment, pas de personnel en permance, n'ouvre qu'à partir de 11h00 donc n'arrivez pas trop tôt, et honnetement en cas d'incendie je saurais pas quoi faire
