Pros:

Receptionist very helpful. Some kitchen equipment available but didn't use them. Room a reasonable size for London but still quite small.

Cons:

Location quite a way from underground. We found it easier to catch no 9 bus to Hammersmith depot then transfer to underground as a lift there. Otherwise a good 20 min walk and carry bags into underground.

A very good hotel. Will stay here again.
Pros:

Very clean. Rooms confortable. A very very good quiet posh area. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

So it was a bit stuffy and too warm in the room so we were opening windows which worked. But when we checked to turn on AC, the smell was dusty , so looks like the filters were not cleaned for a while.

Pros:

Close to Kensington High St and cafes. Had microwave and jug in room. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was very cramped and suitable for 1 person. However this was explained at check in as it had air-conditioning and our original room had a problem. The location is a long walk from underground. Buses just around the corner though.

Great little hotel.
Pros:

Very conveniently located on a quiet street off Kensington High St. The tube and busses are near by. A 5 min walk to the No9 bus stop W which takes you right into Trafalgar Square
