According to the original ads … breakfast was at 2 set prices .. visitors and hotel guest … I was charged a visitor higher pricing .. although I was at the hotel for 6 days !!!

Great location, clean and very pleasant rooms.
Pros:

We had booked a standard double but upgraded to a "three" person suite as we stayed for a week and the extra space was enjoyed. Great view of Odori Park from our window!

Cons:

We had a meal in the restaurant and thought the meal was overpirced and not that tasty compared to other venues we had enjoyed. For example the green salad was just mixed lettuce, no furhter embellishment. Salads from the 7/11 are more interesting.

Pros:

Location is fantastic with airport bus right outside! Very walkable everywhere.

Cons:

Staff member can be a little unfriendly. Not warm reception during check in process. Onsen is just heated water, not real onsen water.
