とても居心地が良かった
Pros:

1.スタッフの方の対応がとても良い、エレベーターの台数が多いので混雑しない
2.ホテルの目の前から帰りの新千歳空港行のバスが出ている(運賃1500円、新千歳までは90分～120分程かかるのでお手洗いを済ませておきましょう)・雨天は5分～10分程度、運行が遅れますので、時間に余裕をもっておく
3.荷物預かりもスムーズに対応
4.大浴場は簡素だけど綺麗で過ごしやすい(夜9時～11時まではちょっと混雑するかも)
5.アメニティもエレベーター前からセルフでとっていくスタイル
6.時計台、テレビ塔、繁華街まで徒歩圏内なのでとても便利
7.自分のアカウントがあれば、ネットフリックス、Amazonプライム、YouTubeが利用可能
8.充電器備え付け有、化粧用の鏡有、ケトル有、1泊につき1本のミネラルウォーター有、タオル・館内着交換有
9.朝食は利用していないが、別のお客さんが『ごはんがおいしい』と話していた

Pros:

大浴場があったのでこちらを利用しました。温泉ではありませんが、足を伸ばして入れるお風呂は疲れが取れるので良かったです。ミニアイスとお水（常温・冷水）が用意されていて気が利いているなと思いました。フロント横には日焼け止めクリームも置いてあったり、ややお高めの宿ですが、全体的には満足度が高いです。

まーまーでした。
Pros:

地下鉄に近いので良かった。

Cons:

最近は携帯は誰もが持っていて、寝ている間に充電したいし、目覚ましにもなっているので枕もとにコンセントがほしかった。

Stylish hotel in a super convenient location
Pros:

* Convenient location: very close to station and right across the street from Odori Park, near a lot of tourist attractions.
* Nice decor, room was bigger than my other Japanese hotels.
* Public bath on the top floor (separate men and women baths), open until 2am! Had to stand in line to wash at 10pm.

Cons:

Everything was great.
