• Lobby design — Huge space that feels wasted; water features look like a pool but are just standing water.
• Limited English support — Surprising lack of English ability for a hotel serving many foreign guests.
• Underwhelming kids’ area — Just a TV looping the same movie, a few Japanese books, and no toys. Feels more like a waiting corner.

Great location and amazing breakfast
Pros:

We booked this hotel for the close proximity to the Tokyo Disney parks and because if offered breakfast. When we checked in, we were a bit nervous about the breakfast process, as we have never had to "reserve" a time to go for a hotel breakfast buffet, and really wanted to eat early before heading to the Disney parks. That said, we had no problem following their reservation process each morning - sign up at 6:00am to get in a queue for breakfast starting at 6:30am. We were able to eat by 6:45am all 3 mornings of our stay. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing! The variety was incredible, it was so fun to try Japanese options that we don't eat often at home. Bonus - on one clear morning, we had a view of Mount Fuji from our breakfast table!
The hotel room bathroom was spacious and they provided toiletries. Beds were comfortable.
We shopped at the hotel's 24H convenience store almost daily, and loved the cold sandwich offerings!
It was really easy to get to the Disney parks from this hotel. A quick 5 minute walk to the Disney monorail loop (requires payment), with 1 stop to Tokyo DisneySea or 3 stops to Tokyo Disneyland.
Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit the Tokyo Disney parks!

Cons:

The hotel room itself felt a bit outdated, but that didn't matter to us as the beds were comfortable and it was really just a place to sleep between Disney park days.
