El mejor hotel de mi estadía de 21 días en Japón
Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones, cercanía si van hacer Disney, el desayuno espectacular, la atención del personal. El hotel es excelente. Les dije a mis hijos q la próxima vez en Japón buscaré sin duda solo los Grand Nikko.

Excellent high-end hotel near to Disney Tokyo. Highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent hotel very near to Disney Tokyo, with all the facilities you could think of: 2 Restaurants, convenience store in premises, spa, and a HUGE lobby area. Had a great time just exploring everything.

Very special mention to all the staff, particularly the Floor Service Manage, Mr. Kentaro Obayashi. We had a problem with our computer while we had left it with the luggage staff, and it suffered some sort of damage. While not directly the hotel´s fault, Mr. Obayashi went above and beyond to help us find a solution, going so far as to ask the hotel´s IT staff for solutions and pointing out several PC stores that might help us fix our computer. All with a smile. Also, the staff at the Japanese restaurant on premises made a great effort to find an English-speaking waiter for us, who also took great care of us. Remarkable service on all points.

The room was spotlessly clean, quite spacious and IMMENSE beds. Which were great after a whole day of walking at Disney. Also, the hotel is right beside the monorail, which will also take you to the neighboring mall, where other great restaurant choices are available

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied, with both japanese and western style food. Do make a reservation, since it will be required for you be seated, though. And don't be afraid of trying the japanese style!! It was great!!

All in all, a top notch hotel, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Great location, nice facility.. but sadly they charge use the pool.
Pros:

Loved how close it was to Disney station and the Lawson at the Hilton Hotel across the road

Cons:

I’d booked the Hotel wirh the idea of a swim at the end of a hot day at Disneyland but they charge 3000-5000 yen to use the pool per person.
