Special Commendation for Rodrigo
Pros:

I am assigning five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Rodrigo for his excellent problem-solving skills. Unfortunately, my hotel car transfer to the Lima Airport was incorrectly booked, and the driver did not arrive. Rodrigo demonstrated exceptional service by promptly contacting the car company to arrange for a new driver and expedited pickup. His help was invaluable, and I would have had to arrange alternative transportation without it. Thank you, Rodrigo, for your outstanding assistance.

Relaxation and Comfort Plus
Pros:

The Pullman Lima San Isidro exceded all expectations for our stay. Special thanks to Angelina and Lenny in the hotel restaurant for their hospitality and friendly service. We highly recommend the Pullman to anyone staying at a central hub in Lima.

Hi quality hotel let down by smart arse bar staff.
Pros:

I liked the location and the quality of the facilities. The breakfast was outstanding as were the dining staff

Cons:

The bar staff! We waited 20 minutes to have our order filled while other customers who arrived after us had their drinks delivered. We also did not appreciate being told when my wife asked what non alcoholic drink were available she was told “aqua”which the other staff thought was funny.To me he was just being a smart arse with limited customer service. Maybe cool for some but detracts from a quality hotel

Amazing Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel in San Isidro- Peru. The location is excellent and makes everything convenient , whether you are traveling for work or leisure.

What truly stood out , thought was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredible friendly, helpful, above and beyond . They genuinely made you feel at home.

Overall, the service is outstanding in every sense.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
