I approached the Front Desk and these two Gentleman Rodrigo an Irvin were outspoken and outgoing by providing me what I asked for. Very calm and friendly! I would say they will assist you all the way!
This place isn’t for me and I think some reviews overlook a lot of imperfections.
It did start well! We had to change some names on the reservation and this was helped by a great worker at the front desk. This happened a few months before check in. However, when we checked in, Martín was about as useful as a chocolate kettle. Wrong information was given and he also informed us we had TWO reservations for the same dates. He was adamant we had 2. It was odd why I’d book 2 for the exact same time. I questioned it and looked at all my bookings. Now we’re in July, and he was referring to another I have (now had) booked in December. Clearly he didn’t look closely enough. If you can’t tell the difference between different months, Pullman has some serious staff issues. Talking of staff, I saw reception, restaurant and security staff on their personal phones far too often! Sure, we’re all guilty of it. But at work? In front of guests? Not for me.
Needless to say, I’ve now cancelled my booking in December. This place ain’t cheap! And I’d rather spend less and receive more with their competition. I think the name only here is the draw card.
Room was ok. Nothing special. It was sterile and I know it’s a hotel room, but the layout didn’t work for me. Anyway, enough negativity.
My observations are different from most. Just be mindful who check you in. It could make or break your stay.

Excelente Hotel. me alojo siempre allí cuando voy a Lima. Me hicieron un upgrade a la habitación reservada. Todo muy bien con la habitación.
El desayuno particularmente en esta ocasión fue un desorden. 10 minutos de espera para lograr tener una taza para café. No había reposiciones de platos. No había fruta, no había jugos.. La explicación fué que estaban al 100% de reservas.. pero no deberían prepararse para eso? Muy mala experiencia en ambos días que estuve. Mal.

I would especially like to recognize Jesus at the reception desk, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay.
