I don't know....i didnt stay...because 2 things that was listed ...as amenities were not actually available
-free parking.....not true...extremely limited parking
-dog friendly.....not true not a single area for one to take their dog to relieve themselves....in the middle of the city not a patch of grass anywhere...this is not dog friendly...
I asked once i arrived for them to refund my card as i could not stay there because i was driving my car full of 6 months of things...and had no where to park my car...
And that they said the hotel was pet friendly and aaid there was no grass or area to walk your dog....
They said that i had to message booking .com for a refund....and guess what.....both the hotel and booking.com have not refunded my money in over 3 weeks now.
They said i paid with a no concellatikn option.
Ive repeatedly brought up the fact that they mis advertised their amenities....and by the way...both the parking and the dog friendly...i put into the search filter...like they are the 2 things i needed to have.
Anyway....i camcelled through my card and got my money refunded....and the hotel NEVER messaged me and BOOKING.COM...only repsonded via a pre recorded Chat Bot.....both useless .
I will NEVER be booking through this site again as this is the second time in a dozen bookings....that theyve just been totally absent in handling mis represtation by one of thier hosts.
And for the record i ONLY write nice reviews ...because i believe everyone has bad days...and no need to gripe about what is most likely a singular challenging moment....but for the 2nd time....they will NOT stop messaging me to give a review....so finally here it is...the review you insisted i write.

Location which is great.
Parking, very limited and access to rooms, issues with the access cards, we had to go almost everyday. Breakfast not the best.
La locación es la razon principal por la que escogí este hotel, queria algo en el mero centro para salir todos los dias a pasear por la plaza, el meecadi y las tiendas. Todas las noches tenian karaoke afuera y se ponia muy lindo el ambiente .
Cuando llegamos todo estuvo bien, la chica del frente fue muy amable y pudimos estacionarnos justo frente del hotel, el hotel tiene estacionamiento pero tambien tiene espacios disponibles sobre la calle para los huéspedes, hay 2 elevadores pero en toda la estadía solo funcionaba 1 y son muy pequeños para mas de 4 o 5 personas, nosotros nos quedamos en el cuarto piso asi que varias veces tuvimos que esperar porque ya habia gente esperando para subir o bajar, muchas veces mejor optamos por tomar las escaleras, en cuarto estaba limpio pero uno de los cuartos nunca tuvo agua caliente, nosotros íbamos de paseo asi que rentamos 3 cuartos. Todos los dias tuvimos problema con la llave electrónica, hubo un solo dia que tuve que subir y bajar 6 veces porque no funcionaban. Todos los dias que estuvimos ahi nunca nos hicieron ni cambio de sábanas ni de toallas, me imagino que para ellos si yo queria toallas o sábanas limpias tenia que pedirlo. La gota que derramó el vaso fue el segundo dia de nuestra estadía, llegamos de pasear como las 5 y nos dijeron que no habia estacionamientos disponibles y que teníamos que pagar nosotros estacionamiento público para estacionarnos en un lugar seguro, ahora estoy hablando de que los estacionamientos publicos cobran al menos $25 la hora y teníamos que pagar estacionamiento hasta el dia siguiente 🤦♀️ y todavia nos dice la chica que tenemos que pagarlo porque si la dejamos estacionada en la calle lo mas probable es que la iba a levantar una grúa porque en el centro no permiten estacionarse por mucho tiempo. Tuvimos muchos problemas con el internet que proveen a los clientes y no se diga en el desayuno que según es incluido, el desayuno es literal una taza de café o un jugo de naranja y un pan. Eso es lo que está incluido, si nosotros queríamos un huevo o algo mas teníamos que pagar aparte y el mesero que nos tocó super desagradable.

Que tiene pocos lugares de estacionamiento y en la calle es un problema encontrar dónde dejar de noche tu auto

El estacionamiento es pequeño y tuve que pagar ppr mi cuenta otro estacionamiento particular para mi carro
