Location and room was clean

Cons:

The entrance was terrible - unkept, plants all over the floor and entering looked like a half way house. Customers should be warned that there is building work (or something) going on there! Also room with balcony that was unfit for anyone or anything.

Ratty, worn and unloved.
Pros:

On the esplanade but our room had no view and an irrelevant pokey little courtyard fenced in with 6' high cheap wooden palings totally blocking any view.

Cons:

The entire front part of the hotel which looked like it was once a bar and restaurant was like a construction site but there was little evidence of actual construction going on. The room was old fashioned, rather worn looking, furniture showing signs of wear and tear. Same for carpet. Same for bathroom. Upstairs there was a deck and pool but once again looking very old and worn a bit grubby, no decent furniture, very unloved.

Stayed for 3 nights great position across the road from the beach.
Pros:

Close to beach & restaurants. Bed was clean & comfortable. Staff were wonderful.

The relaxed vibe of the hotel and staff. Very welcoming and perfect location. They are in the process of renovating the bar and restaurant and I can't wait for the opening.. I will be back for the 4th time definately ❤️

A relaxing holiday,with a couple of adventures as well. Karanda sky rail, and trip to the reef.
Pros:

Every aspect of Sarayi was excellent, lovely beach and easy to reach restaurants. The apartment was roomy and clean.

Pros:

Sarayi isn’t for everybody but it is in a great position, right across from the beach and very reasonable for Palm Cove. It was clean and comfortable. We have stayed here a couple of times

The rooms were clean and a good location, but this hotel did not look inviting, more like an abandoned building

Cons:

It seemed like an abandoned building. No people around, no furniture, basically a construction site that appeared abandoned, no current work being done. It was quite frightening. Photos of this hotel are not up to date.

Dirty old hotel but fine for a cheap stay. Perfect location
Pros:

Pool had a lovely view of the mountains. Perfect location. Good hotel if you don’t plan to spend any time in it and just need something cheap and in the centre.

Cons:

Pool only had chairs, not lounge chairs so you couldn’t relax by the pool. Rooms and hotel entrance was super grotty and old and dirty.

Excellent location opposite Palm Cove beach. Walking distance to everything you need. Bus stop 100 metres away.

Coles shopping complex 10 minutes away or local supermarket 8min walk.

Cons:

Very dated. Mouldy bathroom.
