Location was great, the staff at the restaurant was absolutely incredible, the pool.
The pool was too hot, no fitness room. The hotel requires a serious refresh as it is getting too old now.
La atención del personal es muy buena.
Al no tener ventilación el baño, todo el tiempo está húmedo o con mal olor, aunado a que la TV no se veía bien, como si no tuviera señal.

Staff were very kind. Location was great, very close to plenty of beaches. Would not recommend if traveling with babies. Beds are made out of cement and flooring is vile. Not very safe for them. Overall, everything was great

La atencion del personal es excelente.En el lobby todo el personal fue muy atento. En el restaurante, el desayuno fue muy bueno, en especial la fruta fresca y de muy buen sabor. Aqui, nuestro reconocimiento para Ernestina, una chica muy amable.
Ahora sabemos que el lugar es muy seguro, pero dos cosas nos gustaria ver en nuestra proxima visita: 1) una caja fuerte 2) un refrigerador pequeño
We stay in this hotel every year. It’s clean and love the pool. I like that it is close to the airport.
They need new cushions. Pillows are too soft, so they should have a combination of soft and foam. Towels are no longer white so I think it’s time to get new ones.
It’s our third year to come and noticed the deterioration.
Room was really bad, there was a mattress on top of a concrete base, We have to wait more than 30 minutes to get a little hot water, restaurant din't allowed to bring any food or munchie's to the pool area. We ask for ice and they rejected.
I will never go back to that place or recommend to no one.
