Sehr gut geeignet für ein wunderbares Wochenende in Berlin !
Pros:

Gute Lage, sauberes Zimmer, netter Empfang und Service, gutes Frühstück und sauberer Spa Bereich.
Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, weil unser Teenager dabei war. Das Zimmer war auch für drei Personen bequem und gut klimatisiert. Parkplätze im Hotel nur begrenzt vorhanden, aber mit Hilfe der freundlichen Rezeption haben wir einen vergleichbaren günstigen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden.
Siegessäule, Brandenburger Tor, zoologischer Garten… alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Berlin Wochenende und würden definitiv gerne wiederkommen!

Pros:

The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and the rooms are beautifully furnished and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with great access to everything I needed. The value for money is outstanding—I received far more than I expected for the price. The bar is fantastic, with a great atmosphere, and the staff there was extremely friendly and attentive. The quality of service from most of the team was exceptional.

Cons:

After a long and exhausting journey, I was looking forward to some rest at the hotel. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The room I had booked did not match the description—it was not the room I had ordered. What made it worse was my experience with the receptionist, who was not pleasant at all. On the contrary, her behavior was quite rude, which significantly spoiled the beginning of my stay.

Pros:

Had a lovely stay, all the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful - great customer service.
The room with the balcony had really nice views. Location very convenient with good transport links.
Will definately stay again.

Cons:

Would be nice if the bottled water in the room was provided daily, not just the first night.
Breakfast seemed very expensive but I think Berlin may just be an expensive city.
