La ubicación muy cómoda para llegar al Santuario. El personal muy amable, habitación de buen tamaño, y con las comodidades tal cual con la descripción. El desayuno es bueno.

Le personnel à l'accueil était très professionnel et donne des renseignements pour visiter la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux sous forme de buffet
La chambre était remplie de poussière qui n'avait pas été faite depuis longtemps. Je m'en suis rendue compte à cause d'une allergie aux acariens et par conséquent à la poussière malgré mon antistaminique. Nous en avons fait part à l'accueil qui a pris note de notre remarque. Le lendemain après le passage des agents d'entretien, la poussière était encore présente en grande quantité. Cela est dommage , car pour un hôtel 3 étoiles on s'attend à un nettoyage de qualité.
Néanmoins l'hôtel a fait un geste en nous offrant le petit déjeuner un jour.

La literie très confortable ,le calme et la chambre assez spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
Pas assez de place de parking, et la télé pas connecté.

Le buffet du repas etait très correct pour le prix.
De plus le goût y etait vraiment,la cuisine était très bonne ,mention spéciale pour le cuisinier.
L'hôtel est proche du centre donc on peut se rendre au sanctuaire à pied.

Les amies avec lesquelles j'étais ont eu 1 petite mésaventure.
En effet elle ont récupéré leur chambre vers 17h et cette dernière etait sale ,lits defaits ,papier toilette à même le sol et 1 odeur nauséabonde de tabac
Il s'avère que les personnes ayant occupé cette chambre avaient probablement gardé la carte d'accès et etaient revenus
Elles ont pu obtenir 1 nouvelle chambre et 1 geste commercial a été fait en leur offrant les boissons au dîner.
