A perfect place to stay in Miraflores! staff wee amazing. I had a small issue with safe in the room and they were there in 5 mins to make sure it was fixed.
Staff are friendly and helpful, the location is great. The breakfast availability is plentiful and facilities are very nice The check-in and check-out efficient and easy.
No available internet for the night of my stay, security compromised - preventing safe connectivity (see pic). The card reader for building security / access required resetting periodically.
Both a little annoying, makes for a frustrating stay 🙄😒.

La ubicación en lo único bueno, NO tiene servicio de guarda equipajes, tienen un depósito de maletas en un sótano para lo cual tú mismo debes bajar todas tus maletas, nadie te ayuda con eso ni tampoco a la llegada.
Habitación pequeña y básica, desayuno mediocre pero lo peor es que nadie te ayuda con las maletas.
Ubicación
Una de las cosas que mas me gustaron fue su ubicación, muy buenas conexiones muy cerca de todo en Miraflores, otra cosa el desayuno buffet, realmente excelente.
En mi caso, en varias oportunidades tuve problemas para abrir la habitación, tuve que bajar en varias oportunidades para que ayudaran a abrir la puerta, el ultimo día una persona del personal de mucamas me enseño ya técnica peor ya me iba.
