LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
We are currently undergoing maintenance work on our rooms and remodeling on the 3rd floor of the hotel in the classic sector until June 13. We are looking for improvements for a better experience.
Please notice that group reservations from three rooms will be charged with the full amount of rate maximun 24 hrs after confirm reservation. This run for standard and nonrefundable rates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Mucho calor en la habitación.
La distribución de la habitación excelente.
La equivocación en la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación, que luego se corrigió.
La hubicación limpieza atención y un buen desayuno
El restaurante cenamos una noche mucha demora y el mozo joven se olvidaba de atendernos hasta tuvimos que llamar a otra moza para abonar poruqe nos queriamos retirar y no venia el mozo que nos atendío al prinicipio. Si voy a destacar la comida muy buena y sabrosa lastima fallo la atención del mozo.
Está ubicado a 2 cuadras de la plaza principal. El desayuno es variado.

La mantención de la habitación, en el baño estaba el receptáculo de la ducha con filtración, y en general problemas con la húmedad.
