LOCAL TAX LAW.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
We are currently undergoing maintenance work on our rooms and remodeling on the 3rd floor of the hotel in the classic sector until June 13. We are looking for improvements for a better experience.
Please notice that group reservations from three rooms will be charged with the full amount of rate maximun 24 hrs after confirm reservation. This run for standard and nonrefundable rates.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

lo pequeño de las habitaciones y que las ventanas dieran a un muro
He alojado muchas veces, en general cumple perfecto
El wifi un poco lento
Horarios de restaurante, podrían extenderse un poco.
Tiene acumulación de agua en el piso antes de ingresar a la ducha
Para tener encuenta las habitaciones de los placares son muy chicos. Para dos personas y con varios dias de estadía, no se puede acomodar y ordenar la ropa.
Segundo, elegimos el lugar por la ubicación y precisamente para relajarnos en el spa y jacuzzi como mencionaba la web de que estaba disponible, pero al llegar a la recepción del hotel nos comentan de que el spa esta hace varios meses sin funcionar y el jacuzzi solo se encontraba en las habitaciones vip del hotel.
Deberían arreglar y escribir que no esta disponible o directamente sacar ese momento de relajación para que los futuros huéspedes no elijan el lugar por ese motivo.

Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Nos alojamos una noche por trabajo y cumplió perfectamente con lo que necesitábamos. Las habitaciones son simples, pero nuevas, limpias y cómodas. El personal fue muy amable y el check-in fue rápido. Es una excelente opción para quienes buscan un hotel práctico, moderno y a un precio razonable en Punta Arenas.
El baño es un poco pequeño e incómodo, pero estaba limpio y cumple con lo esperado para este tipo de hotel.
