Very good stay in the center of Bonn.
Pros:

The hotel is near the railway station of Bonn. However we did not experience much noise, maybe because we were on the road side. The room was very well organized. Only some coffee things were missing.
Easy to go to the garage and to connect to the internet.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Beim nächsten Besuch in Bonn werde ich wieder in das Hotel Mercure gehen.
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Die Zimmer sehr groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstück umfanfreich und lecker.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent stay in the perfect location
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and were thoroughly impressed.
The location is hard to beat: the hotel is right next to Bonn Central Station and just a few metres from the central bus station, which makes getting around effortless.
The service was outstanding.

The ladies at reception were highly professional and warm, always ready to help. Cleanliness was excellent throughout. Our room was spacious and well equipped.
Although the windows overlook the railway tracks, we heard no noise at all thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The bathroom, which is essential for us, was spotless and conveniently located within the room.

A complimentary bottle of water was waiting as a welcome touch.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and if you haven't booked a room with breakfast included, you can add it on site for €23.00.

Free luggage storage is also provided before check-in and after check-out, which was very handy.
Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially compared with its rating from other guests.
We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Schönes sauberes Zimmer in guter Lage. Viel zu warm im Zimmer trotz Klima und unbequeme Matratzen und Kopfkissen

Es war zu warm im Zimmer Klimaanlage reicht nicht aus.
Die boxspringmatratze ist extrem nervig.
Die Partnerin hustet und Du wackelst mit.
