Good in parts.
Pros:

Location excellent for transport connections both local and regional. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Lack of room cleaning. I applaud the 'green thinking' behind guests needing to request room cleaning when required (rather than it being done automatically everyday, which is wasteful). However, during my 10-day stay I requested room cleaning twice and, whilst both times the bathroom was cleaned, the bedding was left unchanged! I have never experienced this level of neglect before.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt besonders bei den Außentemperaturen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sauber und klimatisiert. Es ist ein Heißwasserkocher mit Tee-Beuteln vorhanden. Die Bar ist vernünftig ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist perfekt, trotzdem ist es in dem Zimmer auch Nachts sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank ließ sich leider nicht anschalten. Ich musst ohne ihn auskommen. Für Allergiker ist das Hotel nicht geeignet auf Grund des Teppichbodens. Es spielt für mich keine Rolle aber meine Tochter hätte damit Probleme.

Really lovely, clean hotel with great staff and great location
Pros:

Great location next to the Main train station and the city centre. Nice bakery and cafes and bar right next to it. Staff were very accommodating. We had booked a twin room with 2 beds and were given a double and they immediately changed our room to a twin when we asked. I’m also allergic to feathers and when I asked about hypo allergenic bedding the staff at the front desk acted immediately. Very impressed. They were really friendly too

Cons:

Our room was facing the street where the small bar Salönchen was. I like to have a window open but if you had the window open it was quite loud quite late with people chatting. The noise really carried. However, If you closed the windows and had the AC on you could barely hear anything to be fair!

Zentral gelegenes Hotel nicht nur für Touristen
Pros:

Gut Lage zur Innenstadt (durch den Bahnhof) mit Bus- und S-Bahnhof sowie zum nahegelegenen Landesmuseum. Die Kneipenvietel (Altstadt und Südstadt) sind gut zu Fuss, Endenich (Programmkino, Springmaustheater & Harmonie/Livemusik) kurz per Bus, die Rheinaus und Museumsmeile per S-Bahn bequem erreichbar.
Gut ausgestattete Zimmer (inkl. Kühlschrank, größerem Wandtresor) werden nur auf vorherige Anforderung gereinigt. Fenster zum Bahnhof nachts schließen (Klimaanlage). Eingeschränktes Parkplatzangebot.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Fenster zur Bahnhofsseite könnten noch besser gedämmt sein, man hörte (leise) durchfahrende Güterzüge.

Pros:

De bedden waren goed. Nette badkamer.
Het geluid van buiten werd goed tegen gehouden door het dikke isolatieglas.

Cons:

De kamer was klein.
Geen dagelijkse schoonmaak. Daardoor vol vuilnisbakje en vuile handdoeken die niet werden opgeruimd.
Toiletpapier en handdoeken zelf afhalen bij receptie.
Bij het ontbijt veel bezuinigd op boter. Geen kuipjes, maar zelf uit botervloot pakken. Niet echt fris. Weinig afwisseling. Alle dagen hetzelfde.

Für Bahnreisende gut geeignet.

Cons:

Rezeption stark unterbesetzt. - Wasserhahn im Badezimmer leckt, Toilettenbrille lose, Safe hat ausssetzer!
Früher bekam man einen Getränkegutschein wenn man die Zimmerreinigung nicht in Anspruch nahm. Gibt es nicht mehr :-(
