J'ai aimé le professionnalisme et, la sympathie de votre collaborateur ,Aksel. C'est un homme d'une grande qualité, tout à fait à l'écoute des clients. Toujours prêt à rendre service. J'avais choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité de La Timone (l'hôpital) et je dois dire qu'il est idéalement placé, de plus la sympathie de Aksel et son humour (toujours délicat) nous ont rendu notre séjour, à mon épouse et moi même très agréable. Dirties hotel ever for ahead of other dirties
Pros:

Nothing. I am traveling for professional reason at least 3-4 times a month since 22 years ago. This hotel more probably the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. I dontbwant to explain why, I will put some photos and i will leave you to conclude.

Cons:

I did not like the following things:
- hotel more probably was cleaned once a month (hotel needs to be clean every day)
- the staff was rude, when you inform the room is dirty he should ask somebody to clean the room.
- garbage was on the table, it must be inside trash can ( this is the philosophy of trash can
- the hotel was so dirty that I did not trust to take a coffee although coffee machine was there.
- the photos are not true, they made long time ago or by AI
- electrical appliance were installed correctly and there is a serious fatal risk
- fir sure, traveler comments are not important for Owen and hotel manager
- ....
