Please be advised that guests traveling for surgery will be required to pay a $300 security deposit.

Airport pickup is located on the Ground Level at Bus Zones 7 & 15 from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Please cross to the third lane and call the hotel at 305-888-8404 for shuttle pickup. Guests may also use the Courtesy Phones located in baggage claim.

Non-prepaid reservations require an authorization hold for the first night’s room rate plus tax 48 hours prior to arrival. Prepaid reservations require a $100 security deposit upon arrival. Guests traveling for surgery must pay a $300 deposit before arrival if the reservation is not prepaid.

Cruise shuttle sign-up is completed upon arrival and is based on availability. Shuttle service to the cruise port is first-come, first-served. Please sign up with the front desk agent when you arrive to check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Comfort Really?!...
Pros:

The morning front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but it was free so eeh, what do you expect. The room was a very nice size for the amount of people we had.

Cons:

The entire building seemed like it needed an upgrade. although the room size was nice, half the stuff in the room was in disrepair. The sink faucet wouldn't stay on, the TV remote was broken, there was stuff under the couch in the main room, the door had trouble closing, and etc. The quality of the breakfast could have been much better even on a budget.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité de l'aéroport et du centre-ville de Miami et des points d'intérêts pour le shopping comme Dolphin Mall & Sawgrass Mills.
Le confort des chambres, spacieuses et agréables.
Le parking gratuit, un vrai plus pour nous avec une voiture

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un petit problème de réservation lié à un manque de communication entre l'hôtel et Booking. J'avais choisi un paiement sur place, mais un paiement a pourtant été effectué en amont, ce qui a conduit à l'annulation de ma réservation le jour même. Heureusement, le personnel a su résoudre la situation rapidement et nous avons finalement pu récupérer la chambre réservée.

En revanche, le petit-déjeuner est très décevant. Le choix est limité et c'est vraiment pas bon.

Cons:

The shuttle runs only once per hour and only from 6am to 11pm. So we had to take a taxi twice !
