Won't stay here again
Cons:

Upon entering the room, right after checking in, my son found a Marijuana vape pen, with contents in it. I hate to think what could have happened if it wasn't us that checked in to that room, but someone with a small child, and the child had found it. The results could have been catastrophic. Marijuana is illegal in Texas. I do have video of this incident,management and corporate were notified.

It was decent.
Pros:

The location was perfect! The staff were absolutely amazing!

Cons:

I didn’t like that our TV didn’t work at all & they could’ve did better with cleaning. There was hair left in the shower as well as some red stuff on the counter which grossed us out.

excellent- my new favorite hotel in SA
Pros:

staff was so friendly & helpful.
we were able to check in early to our room!!
excellent location to the Alamodome & the valet attendant gave excellent directions.

The location was close enough to the convention.

Cons:

There was a weird janitor who would hide in the elevator to try and talk to me. Other old drunk guests put their hands on me without consent. Also, some other weird guest put an opened packet of tuna in my door crack.

I like the area.
Pros:

Breakfast.

Cons:

Our bed was supposed to be a King size. We had a Queen. We had a leak in our bathroom coming from the wall. The bed was uncomfortable, we had to sleep in the middle.
