Location,staff were great and breakfast was exceptional.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional and staff was great. We had an issue with our AC unit and the maintenance departments were quick to fix the issue.

The location was amazing walking distance to the Alamo and river walk.

Terrible
Pros:

The breakfast and how it was in walking distance to so many things.

Cons:

We found a cockroach in room, there was dried blood on the bed, we couldn’t check in at normal check in time because the bedding wasn’t ready.

Very comfortable beds
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable. The room was big and clean. The conditioner bottle was empty, we called and let them know. They brought a replacement quickly. The parking at the hotel is valet only but the valet was awesome.

Cons:

The breakfast was th normal breakfast but the coffee was out. They were slow to refill.

Pros:

La locación que todo estaba cerca, las camas muy comodas

Cons:

En la limpieza del cuarto fueron cuando todavía estábamos pero salimos enseguida y nos tardamos en regresar y cuando llegamos todavía no estaba limpio... y si lo limpiaron pero no dejaron papel sanitario suficiente, y ya no ponen cremas para el cuerpo

I gave a 7 just because of us not being able to enjoy breakfast with family.
Pros:

Everything was great! Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

The old lady that does the breakfast was extremely rude! Basically kicked us out and it was 10 minutes before 10am. All I wanted was coffee and cereal , she made it very unpleasant and unwelcome so we missed out on breakfast the whole weekend:(

Never staying here again.

The staff is friendly and helpful

Cons:

It’s dirty, pool is dirty rooms are dirty, the bed had a big indention and there was dirty q tips by the window. The noise level is pretty loud at night. The cars on the street sound like they are in your room and you can hear EVERYTHING.

Good view, worth what we paid, friendly staff, I’d be back.
Pros:

Neat location good view from the upper rooms, nice facilities, breakfast was well managed for the number of people in there trying to get food and eat.
