El olor de las sábanas y toallas nada agradable , el baño no estaba tan limpio, deberían limpiar las sillas y mesas del balcón al igual que el piso , los muebles de la habitación tenían restos de comida.

The smell of the sheets and towels was not pleasant, the bathroom was not so clean, they should clean the chairs and tables on the balcony as well as the floor, the furniture in the room had leftover food.

Cons:

Blond hair guy at valet pkg was rude! Amy at the front desk was curt and not helpful along with others who were dismissive. Enzo , however, was very good! The printer did not work at the customer computer site. Ice machine very noisy! The room was not ready upon arrival and had to wait over an hour which would have been longer if the manager did not intervene at my request!

This was a great stay bad a bad time to come as air quality was horrific .

It just has it all, from location to staff to accommodations. The staff went out of their way at every turn!
Pros:

This is our 5th year in a row and the staff were so friendly- from the front desk to the cleaning staff. They knew us and our English bulldog by name! Wally

Recommended if you want to stay comfortable with small or big family, No indoor swimming pool
Pros:

The property is lovely, it feels modern, really clean, big lobby area with plenty of bathrooms, 3 elevators, the staff is really friendly, the bedroom size and view were amazing, adding a mirror in the bedroom will make it perfect. Everyone enjoyed the shower and the fact that the bathroom had access from the hallway and from the bedroom. The food from the Bar was good.

Cons:

The kitchen is big but doesn't have a stove, for utensils we only have 3 forks, 2 spoons and one knife :) (I didn't read it on the room description when booking) we prefer to cook some of our food at the hotel when we travel to don't spend too much time going out for food or deciding what to order. The indoor pool is the size of a jacuzzi, we didn't use it because 4 people were in it and seems crowded already. The breakfast was disappointing: not many food options and flavorless, no waffles. Also, the living area (used by our 2 teenagers) could use some drawers for the clothes instead of the closet.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help—from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. Their friendliness made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
We stayed in an Ocean View room, and the balcony was definitely one of the highlights. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was beautiful. The room was also spacious and comfortable for our family.
We also loved the lobby and the hotel’s direct access to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean. The valet parking service was another great convenience and was always efficient.

Cons:

The bed linens didn’t feel clean, and one of the pillows had an unpleasant smell, so I ended up placing a towel over it to sleep comfortably.
The room also didn’t include slippers, which would have been a nice touch.
Finally, the coffee machine in the room wasn’t very good. It didn’t heat the water enough, so the coffee was never hot. The coffee itself was good quality, but I couldn’t really enjoy it because it wasn’t served at the right temperature.
