Pros:

Dla mnie najważniejsza była lokalizacja bo po drugiej stronie ulicy mieliśmy koncert. Ale jeśli chodzi o hotel to bardzo fajny i miła obsługa. Cierpliwość dla klientów slabo znających język.

Me hicieron cargos a posterior y el personal no lo resuelve
Pros:

Para ir al Festhalle la ubicación es buena, la habitación es bastante nueva y la cama es cómoda.

Cons:

La bañera resbala mucho, deberían de tener cuidado con eso.
Estoy teniendo muy mala experiencia con el personal que atiende los correos del hotel, Me cobraron la tasa dos veces, una cuando pagué allí en el check in y luego nuevamente una vez ya había vuelto del viaje. Tras discutir durante semanas con ellos (creo que no entendían bien el inglés durante los primeros mensajes) y decirme que era error mío finalmente tras semanas insistiendo aceptaron que se había bloqueado por error, pero todavía seguimos con el cargo en la cuenta. Es muy molesto tener que estar discutiendo y perder tiempo por esto. Aunque las instalaciones estuvieran bien este tema está cargando demasiado mi paciencia y me está llevando mucho tiempo, por dos días de hotel, tres semanas de discusión y seguimos. Si lo hubieran revisado bien desde el primer día que lo comuniqué, que además fue error de ellos por cargar cuando ya estaba pagado todo en persona, entonces ya estaría resuelto.
