Pros:

The hotel is value for money. THE BEST OF COMMENTS NEED TO BE NOTED FOR MARION AT THE HELP DESK SUPPORT. She exceeded our expectations of servicing and supporting. She was on top of our needs ready to help with a big smile and politeness. Our positive comments are mostly because of her. The hotel is nice and meet expectations of price and experience. It is a good choice that we definately can do again for a business trip.

Aufenthalt wegen Metallica Konzerten
Pros:

Ich war vom 21.05.2026 bis zum 25.05.2026 wegen den Metallica Konzerten in der Unterkunft. Das Hotel hat eine top Lage. Ca. 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer war sehr beeindruckend, da ich direkt auf die hohen Gebäude schauen konnte, die Abends beleuchtet sind. In der Nähe ist eine Shopping Mall. Auch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.Das Personal ist sehr nett, und Probleme werden sehr schnell behoben, z.B. Bildausfall am TV. Das Frühstück Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig und man bekommt nach dem eintreffen einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde jeder Zeit wieder dort einchecken.

Pros:

I came for the IMEX exhibition, and this hotel was the best choice. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a wide selection at breakfast, and the service was five-star quality. I will definitely stay here again next year.
