Gut gelegenes Hotel mit preiswertem und gutem Frühstück in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und zum Hauptbahnhof. Zum Frühstück gab z.B. frisch gepressten Orangensaft und selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal.
Die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert. Zu unserem Glück war es noch nicht sehr warm und wir konnten die Fenster öffnen, da das Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes lag.
The location is great, its close enough to the main station to be a convenient walk but far enough that its quiet and safe. The breakfast/dining staff were exceptionally welcoming. The room was nice and clean, and it was a nice touch that I was allowed to pick my own room in the floor plan.
After travelling Europe we were surprised at the size of the room and that it had coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board as all the other hotels we had stayed in didn't have these amenities. The staff were very helpful and gave us advice on where we could eat etc which was really helpful, we decided on breakfast at the hotel and were not disappointed, Suzi who worked in the dining room was so helpful and we could not talk more highly of her, thank you for a wonderful experience

Ein schönes Zimmer. Aufteilung sehr gelungen mit begehbarem Schrank.Bett bequem mit guter Matratze. Bad mit Badewanne, begehbarer Dusche, Bidet und Toilette. Guter Fön. Spiegel beheizbar mit rundum verlaufender Lichtleiste. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Zimmer.

Clean and quiet rooms
Reception did not clarify that my breakfast was not included in the hotel fare. I was asked to pay breakfast only at the check-out.
A bit better communication would have been nicer!
Excellent location for the Festhalle (an easy 5 minute walk). Quick check-in and check-out. We did not have breakfast but there was a handy vending machine in reception where you can buy snacks and drinks. Good shower and a kettle and coffee machine. The hotel is on a road but we didn’t hear any noise.
Quiet, comfortable room, and well-located near good restaurants and walking distance to main train station and public transport
