Good enough for a 2 night stay but no more.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

I was traveling with my sister and requested 2 beds. I didn't expect the beds to be so small.

I also expected daily cleaning service would be provided but it wasn't. Beds are not freshly made and trash is not picked up.

I expected that for a "business hotel" that the TV would offer more channels for English speaking guests but it did not.

Great hotel room
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable and clean room, convenient location, quiet for a city hotel, you can request a room with a bath in it too.

Quiet comfy stay in Frankfurt
Pros:

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is pretty easy to locate and transportation is a few steps away. There’s also a shopping mall nearby for all your needs.

De afvoer van de wastafel stonk. Dat kan gebeuren en heb t gemeld.
Als ik hun was zou ik meteen iemand opdracht geven alle kamers na te lopen en dit op de onderhoudslijst zetten!

Dus vanaf nu moet alles weer fris ruiken. Hoop ik voor jullie!

Vom Zimmer bis zum Personal war alles fantastisch! Ich hatte vorher angerufen, da mein Check-In sehr spät war (0-1Uhr) und der Bearbeiter am Telefon hat mich im Vorhinein schon einchecken lassen, damit es nicht mehr allzu lange dauert und es wurde versichert, dass rund um die Uhr jemand vor Ort ist (was super war). Ich möchte auch ein riesiges Lob an den freundlichen Herrn am Empfand bei meiner Ankunft ausrichten (ich habe seinen Namen leider vergessen, aber er hatte die Schicht, als ich am 5.8.2026 kurz nach 00Uhr ankam) 😁 wir hatten ein schönes Gespräch und er hat mir auch bei meiner Verwirrung mit der Elektronik im Zimmer sehr schnell geholfen- genau sowas brauchte ich nach einem anstrengenden Tag! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt ❤️
