Central location in centre of town. Hotel spotlessly clean. All staff very attentive and happy to help with any questions. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order.

This hotel has been finished in an exceptional way,so much thought and style in every detail, having worked in some of London's hotels for example the Ritz , Stanwell house is very high in standards, it surprised and I the owners have been meticulous in the design and planning truly wonderful.
This hotel raises the bar for the town and I hope other venues follow its direction.
There's nothing that comes to mind particularly aside from personal issues
Obviously being a very old building there isn't a lift and they couldn't fit it but that's just minor.
A1 stay, pretty Hotel with great ambiance and welcoming and helpful staff.

Stanwell House is in a lovely hotel in a great central location which was great for exploring Lymington. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice using really good quality ingredients. The staff at breakfast were particularly attentive and made sure we were well looked after.
Our room was very nice with everything we needed for our stay. More importantly the bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable.

Shower was a little low in our room but nice and clean. Limited storage space.

The stairs mainly (no lift) and no parking on the premises. Plus the taps in our room were not fixed and wobbled a lot which made getting water cumbersome.

The hotel had lost all internet access. So no telephone or WiFi for the entire stay. It was still broken when I left. For a hotel at this cost per night, I was very surprised that this hadn’t been rectified more quickly.
