Breakfast below par, nothing less than I expected from a corporate organisation in a major city.
We had a great stay. Very quite hotel, clean and luxury room. Nice and kind staff. The hotel is near by Madrid's center. Top hotel!
La stanza era molto accogliente e pulita, molto graditi i dispenser di saponi al posto delle solite bottiglie o bustine. Ottimo il phon in bagno. Personale molto disponibile alle richieste.
Se proprio devo.dire qualcosa di negativo avrei gradito.che il kit cortesia.fosse rinfrescato quotidianamente, specialmente la parte beauty, forse l' aria condizionata troppo forte, avrei gradito poterla regolare sopra 25. Ma sono piccolezze. Soggiorno ottimo.

Buena ubicacion, bastante central para poder caminar hacia todos los lugares del área de Plaza Mayor y estaci{on Sol del metro, asi que cómodo para ver lugares a desayunar y cenar. A pasos de la estacion de metro Antón Martin y de ahí ya fácil moverse a todos los puntos de la ciudad.
Yo seleccioné una habitación de 2 camas ya que iba con mi hijo y eso no ocurrió, aunque para compensar hicieron un upgrade de habitación con una cama extra grande

El personal muy amable, pero todos los que nos atendieron no sabían ninguna consulta que les hicieran. Como si solo atienden para hacer el check on-out
Quarto muito confortável, cama excelente e banheiro amplo. O café da manhã era excelente e com muitas opções. Equipe muito atenciosa. A localização é ótima e permite o acesso aos pontos turísticos mais importantes a pé.
A recepção era um pouco apertada e confusa com muita gente em pouco espaço, mas nada que prejudique o atendimento da equipe.
