Wonderful
Pros:

Excellent location , few steps from Via Condotti, near Piazza Di Spagna.
Staff was very nice and helpful. My son decided to go at last minute and they arranged for him to stay in our room (4 adults).

Pros:

Location is fantastic close to Spanish Steps and ideal for local restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and to the Piazza Venezia

Персонал доброжелателен, по нашей просьбе собрали для нас континентальный завтрак, т.кч уезжали мы ночью.

Есть лифт, кровать достаточно удобная, хоть заснуть мы на ней долго не могли, ниже объясню почему.

Cons:

Не получалось выключить кондиционер, но это мы слишком мягко нажимали. После звонка на ресепшен, нам быстро помогли, НО шум и движение воздуха не исчезли. В комнате стоит принудительная вентиляция в ванне и в комнате, из-за этого мы долго не могли заснуть. В душе дует так, что когда моешься, будто стоишь на ветру. При этом плесень есть все равно.
Как измеряют комнату- не понятно, наш номер в другом отеле 16 метров, не меньше этого, хотят здесь 22 или 25 метров.

LOCATION: PERFECT
BREAKFAST: VERY GOOD

Cons:

THERE IS NO PLACE TO SIT AND REST, HAVE A DRINK OR A SNACK.
THE PLACE WHERE IS THE BREAKFAST SUPPOSE TO BE THE ALL DAY SITTING AREA BUT THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL TIME.
SATURDAY BEFORE LEAVING FOR THE AIRPORT AT 3.00 PM THERE WAS NOBODY SO WE COULD ASK FOR A COFFEE OR EVEN WATER.
