Nice clean hotel in great location.
Pros:

I\ve stayed here a few times on motorcycle tours - with friends on other bikes or with my wife or daughter as passenger - its in a fantastic location - easy to get to, close to the old town square and the hotel are very accommodating to motorcycle tourers - allowing us to park the bike out the front of the hotel.
Staff are welcoming and, while they speak perfect english, they are also happy to help me with my rather poor German, which i genuinely appreciate!
The rooms are a good size and beds are very comfortable. Its reasonably priced for such a 'high level' hotel (with one caveat below regarding pool access)

Cons:

The Air conditioning in the room is really not up-to-scratch. I said this last year too (so i suppose it can't be too bad as i keep returning!) - it takes the edge off the hotness in the room but not doesn't really "cool" - either the system needs refreshing or they should stop advertising as having "air-conditioning".
Also - not sure if it was last year or this year - but the pool facilities now seem to attract a (rather high) additional charge - after a hot ride on the motorcycle around lake constance, we were looking forward to a cooling swim but it wasn't included in our room rate. Its not the end of the world but i felt a little cheated.

Hoher Preis, drei Tage leeres Duschmittel, Ameisen im 6.Stock, kein Kühlschrank, schönes aber nicht funktionelles Waschbecken, Teppichboden.

Cons:

Nemůžeme nic vytknout, jen bazén není v ceně pokoje. Na to si dejte pozor.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés a város központ közelében. Tiszta jól felszerelt szoba. Fürdő is jó volt.
Nagyon ízletes, változatos reggeli.

Cons:

Az ágy nekem kicsit puha volt. A parkolás a mélygarázsban kicsit drága volt.

Pros:

Vicinanza al centro pedonale, autosilo con accesso diretto all'albergo.
Buona pulizia delle camere.
Bar e ristorante nell'albergo. Colazione molto buona.

Cons:

Le stanze sono molto buie e non grandissime. Il sistema di aria condizionata è vecchia. Non c'è frigobar in camera. I letti non era molto comodi.
Le scale per accedere ai piani superiori non sono adeguate a un Premier.
