Wir sind schon öfter in diesem Hotel abgestiegen, absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen und mit eigener Tiefgarage, von der man direkt ins Hotel hinauffahren kann. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der hübschen Altstadt.
Das Zimmer selber war top, alles funktionierte, es war sehr sauber und schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Fernseher ist groß und hat ein gutes Bild. Es ist eine Tee-/Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. wir haben nach dem Aufstehen eine Tasse Tee sehr genossen.

Cons:

Der Zimmerpreis ist nicht billig, aber in Ordnung. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, da uns 45€ dafür zu viel waren. Auch die Garage geht extra. Um 2 Stunden früher aufs Zimmer gehen zu können, muss man 20€ extra zahlen. Das fanden wir etwas unnötig.

Ich hatte von dem Hotel mehr erwartet.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, die Zimmer großzügig.

Cons:

Falsche Angaben zur Pool öffnungszeiten und Pool nur geöffnet für Gäste die in der 6 Etage wohnen ohne dass man vorab darauf hingewiesen wurde

Achtung: Pool kostet zusätzlich!!!
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage. Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und ruhig - kostet aber extra, was ich so noch nicht erlebt habe. Aber dadurch, waren wir die einzigen im ganzen Badbereich.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Gesamtpreis doch eher etwas dürftig. Dass der Poolbereich extra kostet, hab ich noch nicht erlebt, vor allem ist das nur sehr schwer erkennbar vor der Buchung.

Nice clean hotel in great location.
Pros:

I\ve stayed here a few times on motorcycle tours - with friends on other bikes or with my wife or daughter as passenger - its in a fantastic location - easy to get to, close to the old town square and the hotel are very accommodating to motorcycle tourers - allowing us to park the bike out the front of the hotel.
Staff are welcoming and, while they speak perfect english, they are also happy to help me with my rather poor German, which i genuinely appreciate!
The rooms are a good size and beds are very comfortable. Its reasonably priced for such a 'high level' hotel (with one caveat below regarding pool access)

Cons:

The Air conditioning in the room is really not up-to-scratch. I said this last year too (so i suppose it can't be too bad as i keep returning!) - it takes the edge off the hotness in the room but not doesn't really "cool" - either the system needs refreshing or they should stop advertising as having "air-conditioning".
Also - not sure if it was last year or this year - but the pool facilities now seem to attract a (rather high) additional charge - after a hot ride on the motorcycle around lake constance, we were looking forward to a cooling swim but it wasn't included in our room rate. Its not the end of the world but i felt a little cheated.
