Pros:

Fabulous hotel, very traditional rooms which were beautiful. Pool was fabulous and very quiet. Air conditioning was excellent. Staff were exceptional. Close to everything.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

Although the room was spacious, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The pillows and blankets were dirty and smelled so bad that I had to cover my pillow with a towel just to sleep comfortably. There were also many mosquitoes in the room.

The bathroom was poorly maintained, with cracked walls, an outdated toilet, and neglected flooring and walls. The entire property needs better cleaning and maintenance.

The location is convenient for the Sunday Night Market, but the surrounding neighborhood is not particularly attractive or appealing to tourists.

The only positive aspect was the staff, who were friendly, polite, and professional.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness and comfort are essential, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet those basic expectations.

Pros:

Prima locatie om de stad te verkennen. Mooie kamer met veel houtsnijwerk. Ook een lekker zwembad om even af te koelen.

Cons:

Technische onderhoud van de kamer. Lampen die het niet deden. Af en toe geen warm water.

Un posto speciale
Pros:

L'hotel è davvero molto bello, la stanza era molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort possibili, tra cui vasca idromassaggio! Siamo stati anche in piscina una mattina e anche quella era davvero molto bella e pulita e c'era una pace indescrivibile. Quello che contraddistingue questo hotel comunque è la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff! Sono stati estremamente comprensivi e disponibili con le nostre allergie alimentari e avevamo sempre un piatto a colazione adatto a noi, oltre a quanto era a disposizione nel buffet (che era buonissimo)! Poi abbiamo avuto bisogno del servizio lavanderia e sono stati rapidissimi e ci hanno anche aiutato a prenotare un tour pazzesco sul Doi Inthanon. Grazie mille, siete stati speciali!

13世紀から18世紀にかけて北タイで栄えたランナー王国で発展した建築のランナー様式で素晴らしかった。
スタッフの方がとても親切だった。

ランナー様式で素晴らしかったが、窓が閉まっており、かび臭かったのが残念だった。

Ausfall der WC Spülung für einen ganzen Tag. Am nächsten Tag kein WC Papier vorhanden. Einrichtung halt sehr altmodisch, sah auf den Bildern moderner aus.

La ubicación, a unos metros del Sunday night market y con muchas opciones de tiendas y restaurantes cerca. La terraza que da a una piscina muy agradable. El detalle de dejar botellas de agua y refrescos todos los días.

Cons:

Podría mejorarse un poco la limpieza, en especial en el baño. Algunas toallas estaban viejisimas.

Great location within the Old City walls.
Pros:

The location is great, easy to walk to many restaurants, spas and cultural spots within the Old City. Staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The swimming pool was not available the first 2 days of our stay and there was a water cut on the night before we left.
The building looks quite old, so might be expected.
