Ein gutes Hotel für Leute, die nicht schlafen wollen
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und gute Küche am Abend.
Schade eigentlich, dass das negative überwogen hat.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, laute Musik und Geschrei auf der Straße an beiden Nächten bis 5 Uhr morgen.
Es gab daher zwei Optionen mit dem selben Resultat:
1.) Fenster zu und nicht schlafen können, weil im Zimmer zu heiß
2.) Fenster auf und nicht schlafen können wg. Lärm auf der Straße

Abends laut zur Straßenseite...Zimmer Reinigung einmal vergessen( kein Toilettenpapier)

Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, zentrale Lage
Pros:

- sehr gute Lage, direkt am Stadtzentrum
- sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer
- geräumiges Badezimmer
- sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet
- Personal freundlich, besonders im Frühstücksbereich

Cons:

- Zentrale Lage bedeutet in Kitzbühel auch: Abends und nachts sehr laut. Kann das Hotel nichts für, sollte aber bedacht werden
- Parksituation unglücklich gelöst. Es gibt eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage und kostenfreie Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel. Diese kostenfreien Plätze habe allerdings ein chaotisches System. Es gibt keine markierten Plätze, es wird so geparkt, dass man am Ende nicht mehr ohne weiteres ausparken kann. Daher sollen die Gäste ihre Autoschlüssel an der Rezeption abgeben. Will man fahren, muss der Hausmeister die Autos umparken um das gewünschte Auto frei zu bekommen. Das wird so am
Anfang nicht kommuniziert und ist dann leider etwas ärgerlich und umständlich gewesen.

Kurz, intensiv, sehr Musik belastet, 3 Nächte mit ausgelassenen Partystimmung

Lieder hat das Hotel kein Schwimmbad, sonst we es perfekt gewesen.
