Großartig - immer wieder gerne, wenn wir in Gent sind.

Un hotel in cui si sta davvero bene e che merita pienamente le sue quattro stelle superior.
L’accoglienza del personale è stata superlativa, professionale ma allo stesso tempo molto cordiale e attenta. La camera era bellissima, estremamente curata e pulitissima, così come il bagno, con prodotti per il corpo di altissima qualità. Un valore aggiunto la terrazza, davvero enorme e piacevole, affacciata sul giardino.
Eccezionale anche l’insonorizzazione: una tranquillità che contribuisce in modo importante alla qualità del soggiorno.
La colazione è semplicemente superlativa, per varietà e qualità dei prodotti.
Difficile trovare un aspetto negativo. Tutto, dagli ambienti all’accoglienza e ai servizi, trasmette cura e qualità. Un hotel elegante senza essere freddo, nel quale ci siamo sentiti veramente bene.

Heerlijk hotel, ik voelde me echt welkom!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met fijne binnentuin. Mooie ruime kamer met badkamer en minibar. Erg schoon. Kleine spa met zwembad en zitjes in de tuin. Heel fijn dat daar extra handdoeken en badjassen beschikbaar waren.
Maar vooral erg vriendelijk en meedenkend personeel, top!

Servizio eccellente e tutto il personale gentilissimo. Camera molto spaziosa, con salottino, pulizia impeccabile. Letto grande e comodo. La struttura è molto bella, con una terrazza nel verde e in una posizione ottima.
Colazione molto ricca e varia, con ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati e frutta sempre fresca. L'omelette preparata su ordinazione era favolosa.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole e una bellissima struttura.

Cons:

Unico piccolo neo: pane e croissant ecc. della prima colazione non erano mai croccanti, nemmeno al mattino presto.
