Great location and nice rooms
The staff was quite unfriendly. When paying that amount of money, being treated in a respectful manner would be fair.
An elegant and exquisite hotel, possibly my favourite hotel in Europe! The location is perfect, the garden patio is lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive. We would stay here again if we return to Ghent.
The niecest hotel I stayed in Belgium. Beautiful design, extremely friendly staff, great garden, nice smell, amazing breakfast, huge beds and details like small welcome sweets. Will be back hopefully soon!.

Our stay at the Pillows Hotel Ghent was exceptional from start to finish. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and always happy to help, creating one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything maintained to a very high standard. It's clear that the team takes great pride in ensuring guests have a memorable stay.
We also highly recommend renting the hotel's bikes to explore Ghent. It's a fantastic way to discover the city's charming streets, canals, and historic sights at your own pace.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in, and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
Nice decor. Lovely cool room. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful.
We booked twin beds. These were very narrow. Couldn't turn over without waking to make sure we didn't fall out.( We are both slim!)
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und man ist am Fluß und an der Promenade.
Um den Ghenter Altar zu besichtigen sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Von hier ist man dann sehr schnell mit dem Zug in Brüssel und in Brügge. Das Auto kann man dann einfach stehen lassen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist sehr schön. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
