Zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Tolle Ausstattung der Zimmer. Gelungenes Architekturkonzept. Herausragendes Frühstück.
Wir waren im Altbau untergebracht. Hier war es sehr hellhörig. Nachts wurden wir durch Kindergeschrei etc. aus dem Zimmer über uns mehrfach aufgeweckt.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We kregen een upgrade en voelden ons koningen in Gent ! 👑
Cleanness, comfortable, great service, excellent bedding, good atmosphere at the bar, the sauna in the separated area… everything was great!
Too bad the bar seating area is a bit small so either you’re left without a seat or your squeezed between 2 couples

The rooms were a little too dark. The lighting was very low.

Lo que más nos gusto:
Las almohadas, el edredon, el acondicionador de pelo y la crema de manos (nos quedamos con la marca y todo), las zapatillas de baño, el personal fue atento y educado y la ubicación estaba estupenda. Tenian hasta bicicletas propias. En general estaba todo estupendo realmente.
Lo que no nos gustó:
El té de la habitación.
El desayuno para 37€ se podia esperar un poco más de atención a las necesidades de cada huesped y luego la cena rica pero la cocina...muy lentos.
El spa en verano estará muy bien pero en octubre que es cuando fuimos nosotras tener que cruzar un pasillo que da a fuera para llegar hasta alli no es lo mas apetecible.
