Ok für eine Nacht in Aix, vor allem mit dem Auto, da Tiefgarage vorhanden.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Tiefgarage mit Aufzug ist superpraktisch und hilfreich, da Parkplätze eher Mangelware in Aix sind.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht abgewohnt, die Farbe an Decken und Wänden blättert ab, die Schranktüren schließen nicht mehr und das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Bad und Toilette waren dafür sehr sauber.

Posizione comoda per il centro città. Angolo cottura.

Cons:

Colazione un po’ cara per chi non è abituato a mangiare molto. Però in compenso è utile avere l’angolo cottura nel mini appartamento.

No geral correu tudo bem e foi bastante agradável.
Pros:

Bom café da manhã, pessoal gentil e prestativo, localização muito boa, meu quarto tinha janelas para um jardim muito agradável e florido. Fácil de ir até o centro da cidade a pé, podendo retornar ao hotel sempre que necessário sem precisar usar meio de transporte. A rua muito boa, estava sempre bem movimentada e aparentemente segura para se caminhar.

Cons:

Da localização dos depósitos de lixo, pois exalavam um pouco de mau cheiro para o hall de acesso ao elevador do meu quarto. No entanto, o hotel internamente e quarto estavam limpos, faltava varrer um pouco a área de jardim, creio que alguns hóspedes atiravam pontas de cigarro no chão (infelizmente), necessário seria recolher pontas de cigarro dos cinzeiro das áreas externas com mais frequência.

Le petit déjeuner très cher pour ce qui est proposé. Les produits ne sont pas frais et les fruits pas super le jus d’orange n’en est pas un.

Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir nach 4 Nächten endlich wieder abreisen durften. Keine Empfehlung!

Parkhaus und die Lage waren gut, die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren nett.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit. Im Zimmer roch es extrem nach Abfluss. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht, offenbar ist das in einem "Aparthotel" so? Die Küche war ziemlich schmutzig und auch das Bad, v.a. die Dusch-Badewanne hat wohl schon länger mehr keine Reinigung erhalten. Insgesamt ist das Konzept mit Küche ja nicht schlecht. Aber dieses Hotel ist total abgerockt. Treppenhaus gruselig und schmutzig. Auf dem Weg zum Aufzug geht man an einem Raum vorbei, in dem die Mülltonnen stehen und es nicht gerade nach Veilchen riecht.

La prestation n'est pas à la hauteur du prix et du nombre d'étoiles.

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre ville d'Aix, très calme et avec une jolie cours intérieure

Cons:

Lors de mon arrivée la climatisation était très forte dans la chambre, il faisait froid.J'ai du ouvrir les fenetres pour réchauffer , ce qui est un comble écologique. Mais surtout la vaisselle n'était pas propre une poêle rangée sale, les assiettes étaient rangées mouillés ( il était 17H30) et pas très propre. L'accueil a immédiatement réagi et m'a donné une poêle et deux assiettes propres. Le coffre fort dans le placard avec de la poussière. Surtout le grand lit consitué de deux matelas joint par un drap, vraiment pas confortable les matelas se séparent.
