Great place
Pros:

Friendly staff extremely helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was just a short walk from Blackpool North. Excellent location near the beach. Was able to leave my suitcase on the last day as I had a later train booked. No issues there and no extra charge for leaving my suitcase. The room was very compact and although not the largest of rooms it was enough for me

Cons:

It's not necessarily but not liking but as a XXXL gentlemen, things with a little tight in the shower but that's not a fault of the hotel just me being large lol. There was one flight of stairs up which was okay but I did find the two gaming machines in the entrance got in the way a little bit and I had concerns about health and safety if there was a fire full stop which when I was there there was someone had set the fire alarm off. But I'm being extra picky and as a saying goes you get what you pay for, the room was incredibly inexpensive, very clean, tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable beds, a warm shower despite being a little cozy for me but again I'm just being a little picky. Lastly maybe a small light by the bed as I had to get out of bed turn the light off

Best b&b ive stayed in in Blackpool
Pros:

As soon as we got there we were greeted with a friendly welcome and we had some banter at the check in desk. Check In was really easy and the showed us all to our rooms individually, showed us how to use ghe key cards and offered to cary cases. How the hotel operates was explained and it was an easy experience. The rooms were clean and tidy and freshly painted and towels were nice and soft. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fan and TV in each room. Plenty of space to hang clothes and store your things. There was cheap parking nearby and it is close to pubs etc. Its a side street so its quieter and the little garden with seating at the front is a nice touch

Cons:

There is nothing bad to say really, I was thoroughly impressed.

Perfect for short stay or business stay. Staff sweet
Pros:

Bathroom was clean and modern. All sockets had additional USB and type C ports. Tv was smart tv with free Netflix available for guests

Cons:

The heating is controlled by owner so I woke up cold and don’t enjoy getting ready for work in the cold. Bathroom window left open for ventilation but meant it was cold getting in and out of shower

Top notch
Pros:

Just wanted to share my experience at this three-star hotel in Blackpool. The place was really clean, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Big shoutout to Luke and John who were absolutely fantastic throughout our visit - so friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome. All in all, a great spot if you're looking for a tidy, well-run hotel with top-notch service. Would definitely recommend!

For the price, if you can’t go wrong
Pros:

A warm welcome from the minute I walked into the hotel. The room was lovely and clean. I was upgraded to a double when I’d only paid for a single which was great, but I’d say they can’t always promise this. The room was lovely and warm spotless to clean but definitely recommend looking forward to stopping again soon.
