Perfect!
Pros:

Warm, friendly staff.
My room was lovely, comfortable bed all the facilities I would require, lovely sea view and particularly I felt safe in my room as you could turn a lock from the inside and that was reassuring. I also noticed an iron and ironing board available for use which is always a bonus.
Breakfast room was very well presented, beautifully set tables and very efficient friendly staff., the food being very good.

Cons:

I have no complaints whatsoever!

Blackpool short stay
Pros:

Breakfast and evening dinner was good and very satisfactory parking was a bonus and the hotel was easy enough to find with bus and tram stops very close.

Cons:

Needs updating ability but other than that it's a good place to stay.

Friendly and cosy
Pros:

We found the old style lift very quant, a blast from the past. Breakfast was exultant and the rooms clean and tidy.

Cons:

In the middle of a very hot summer, the radiators in the bath room/toilet were on making it a very hot experience.

great breakfast extremely good service room was clean and tidy managed to park car with ease and leave it there in its place for whole stay as did not need it because the trams to get about . a 6.60 all day bus and tram ticket is well worth it
top marks to this hotel will defo stay again

Great value for money and lovely staff.
Pros:

The property is dated but it has all you need for a comfortable stay . The breakfast was very well cooked and very tasty with good quality ingredients. Also lots of choices of cereals and juice. The staff are all very nice and friendly and gave service with a smile.

Needs renovation

The bathrooms needs renewing with modern walk in showers. The lift is an antique and was prone to not working when other guests did not close the two doors properly
