Nice hosts, Nice breakfast, but a problem with our room and had to move rooms up to a higher floor, but then at night di
Pros:

That there was plenty of parking spaces and a comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

The steep stairs as the lift was out of order. But I knew about the lift before we booked but still the stairs were too steep.

Disappointing stay.
Pros:

It was quiet considering how close the fair was.

Cons:

It was a bit out of the way for things. I was told the lift would be out of order for 2 days but it was out of order for the 5 days we were there also on the brochure and website it stated evening meal but there wasn't any and I was told it was too quiet to be doing evening meals which was important for our stay as my daughter is diabetic so I found the hotel very disappointing.

Pros:

Breakfast was good staff were very good

Cons:

Needed the window open because of the heat but had a terrible noise all night long around the windows which my wife recorded and also door to room rattled. So no sleep. Also the decor is very dated and needs a complete upgrade.we were in room b11 ,also stairs were very narrow,we would not stay there again.

The hotel was expected and the staff were really friendly especially with my disability.
Pros:

The bed in my single room was very comfortable. My partner, who stayed in the room next door, said that the sea views were lovely. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

there could have been some bigger towels like bath towels or a bath sheet.

My stay in a single room.
Pros:

This is my favourite hotel, there's nothing fake about it it's a lovely old building that has seen better days. The staff are not pretentious and they can't do enough for their guests. The food is beautiful with a varied menu and excellent table service. Always stay here if I can.

Cons:

Nothing
