博多駅から近くて、コンビニも目の前なので立地はとてもよかったです。
前泊者の髪の毛がたくさん落ちていました。カビも埃も残っていて、清掃が行き届いていないなと感じました。

博多駅に近いのがよい。徒歩ですべて用が足せる。
ホテルのせいではないのだが、親子３人（夫婦と幼児）なのに間違ってセミダブルを注文してしまった。３人ベッドに入るのは不可能で、私は椅子で寝た。間違った自分が悪いのだが、注文ミスを防ぐような工夫がほしい。単身旅行であれば、よいホテルです。

空氣間瀰漫着潮濕的怪味、床底邊邊也有大量吊著的灰塵沒有清潔、廁所也有強烈的消毒劑混合著渠道的氣味。我們第一晚要打開窗換氣，第二天自行買了香薰去改善房間的氣味。
廁所跟浴室的角落、狹縫、浴簾的軌道都有大量的發霉黑斑。
枕頭是軟到沒有任何承托力，睡到頸不舒服，洗手盆的水龍頭短得可憐，是舊式扭開轉動的開關。床墊有破洞沒修補。
在這酒店沒辦法安心休息，因為所有裝潢與設備都讓人覺得殘舊，更不用說那些房間內奇怪的潮濕感和奇怪的氣味。
事前チェックインなどスムーズで助かった。
窓の目隠しが引き戸しかなかった。カーテンなどで採光もできるとうれしい。
