I would stay here again, without a doubt.
Pros:

I like how I could easily walk to the Tsukiji Fish Market from my hotel. There’s a laundry right across the street and I like the quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

There’s only one microwave and washer/dryer in the building.

Close to transport, nice room, walking distance to Tsukiji market, small room but that’s Tokyo
Pros:

Nice room, a bit small (good luck finding anywhere to do a pushup) but not unusual for Tokyo.
Actually staffed by humans which is a relief these days!
If you’re booking this for close walking distance to Tsukiji market every morning you’ve done the right thing.

Cons:

Getting an automated email saying I might lose my reservation if I don’t confirm my arrival time, but I don’t need to reply if I’ve already replied, brought a level of uncertainty to the start of my trip that almost made me cancel

La habitación contaba con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Hay nevera, máquina de cambio de dinero y el checkout es muy rápido.

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña y con moqueta, pero son así en todo Tokio. Tanto la habitación como el pasillo olían raro.

築地市場の近くだったので街歩きをとても楽しめた！
Pros:

築地市場に非常に近く、歩いて散策ができました。いつものように部屋はとてもきれいで快適です。アメニティも充実しており、さすがです。今回は夏休み期間だったのにお安く泊まれたのでこの点も非常によかったです。また是非利用したいですね。

また、利用させて頂きたいと思いました。
Pros:

追加で泊まる事になったのですが、同じ部屋にして頂き、大変助かりました。スタッフの方が笑顔で、出入りする時も声をかけてくださいました。

コインランドリーのスペースが狭かったことぐらいです。

汚れが無かったら最高
Pros:

荷物預かり出来ます。2Fに、自販機・氷・お水・洗濯機があり便利です。ベッドの下が広くてスーツケースや靴が置けて使い勝手がよかったです。

Cons:

ユニットバスの扉に汚れがついていて、拭けば落ちる汚れ(吐いたみたいな)があり汚かった。
チェックインして入ってすぐの部屋にゴミが落ちていた。(セロハンテープを二つ折りにしたゴミ)
清掃が行き届いていない感じでした。
エレベーターが混むのでしばらく待つ。
