Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal, egal ob Rezeption, Bedienung im Restaurant, Reinigungskräfte waren alle super lieb. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Lage ist Top! Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Es gab kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Das ist jetzt natürlich meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Het hotel met perfect netjes personeel
Pros:

De ligging direct aan het strand en boulevard

Cons:

Het hotel is wat verouderd vlekken in de vloerbedekking op de gang en de leuning van de laatste trap naar de hal beneden voelde niet fris aan
We vonden de badkamer van kamer 219 niet netjes het bad was zeker aan vervanging toe het was versleten niet meer netjes om in te badderen ook de kitranden niet netjes

Skvelá poloha rovno pri pláži, rušná promenáda v blízkosti s množstvom možností avšak hotel bol veľmi pokojný. Noci neboli rušné a mali sme otvorenú terasu a aj výhľad na more vďaka skvele situovanému hotelu. Personál bol veľmi priateľský a jedlo bolo úžasné! Vždy bol rozmanitý výber. Odporúčame!

Cons:

Postele boli mäkké a kúpeľňa sa mi zdala nie až tak kvalitne vyčistená… ale môže to byť aj tým, že zariadenie je staršie. Inak všetko bolo super.

Pros:

Exceptional location, hotel is on the beach, friendly staff, everything is close (market 300 m, pharmacy 150 m, clothing store 600 m, restauratns and bars around every corner), near free parking 650 m.
Room big enough for two, comfortable beds, free safe under lock, amazing view on ocean from balcony, small drying rack on blacony (big enough for 2 swimsuits and 2 towels), clean sea water and beach (without garbage) with showers.
Delicious and fresh food, diverse, full of everything, there is something for everyone.

Cons:

When booking we chose a double bed, but we got a room with two single beds. AC is a bit outdated, but it still worked well. The rooms are not well soundproofed, we could hear the neighbors talking, their TVs and if something fell on the floor upstairs, there was a loud bang.

Great hotel in a lovely area
Pros:

Our room had just been refurbished and was very comfortable and spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea.
The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool. The gym is fairly basic, but you can still do a good variety of exercises.
The food was good, with a nice variety of options throughout the different days. The hotel also organizes evening events for guests. During our stay, there was a live singing performance, which was really enjoyable.

Cons:

The hotel can get quite crowded during the high season, which may occasionally affect some services, such as elevator waiting times and the efficiency of the buffet during busy meal times.

Cons:

Nos alojamos 9 noches en agosto y, teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado, esperábamos mucho más.
La playa delante del hotel es muy pequeña y está llena de piedras y rocas. La habitación también era demasiado pequeña para tres personas, con tres camas individuales juntas que se separaban fácilmente, algo incómodo teniendo un niño de 4 años.
Tampoco nos permitían dejar el carrito del niño en la planta baja porque, según nos dijeron, no quedaba bien con la imagen elegante del hotel, así que teníamos que subirlo siempre a una habitación donde apenas había espacio.
La limpieza dejó bastante que desear. Un día no limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas y simplemente nos dijeron que faltaba personal. Además, el mini frigorífico olía muy mal y prácticamente no enfriaba, el suelo de debajo estaba extremadamente sucio, pegajoso y con manchas marrones, dando una clara sensación de falta de higiene.
Una noche tampoco tuvimos agua caliente, algo especialmente incómodo viajando con un niño pequeño.
El personal nos pareció bastante frío y poco acogedor.
En general, por el precio pagado y después de 9 noches, esperábamos mucha más limpieza, comodidad y atención. La relación calidad-precio nos pareció decepcionante.
