Nice little hotel, good staff, good food, good price
Pros:

Close to the railway station and the shops

Cons:

Can get noisy outside during the night but not the hotels fault and not from the roadworks either

La ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

El dificil acceso a la habitación por escaleras empinadas y estrechas con maletas hasta el segundo piso; la falta de espacio en la habitación , el ruido incesante de las obras de la estación (aunque no es culpa del hotel pero a la hora de hacer la reserva no se indicaba nada en booking), la moqueta que asfixiaba el ambiente y en el baño la presión del agua era mínima.

Great Location, But Slightly Overpriced
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the train station and around a 10-minute walk to the city centre, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and happy to help throughout my stay. Although the hotel is a little old looking, it was well maintained, clean, and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from outside. While it wasn't overly disruptive, there was a constant humming sound throughout the day due to construction work nearby, which could be noticeable if you were hoping for a quieter stay. I also felt the hotel was a little on the expensive side for what it offered. Although it was clean, well maintained, and in a great location, the overall value for money could have been better.

Great base for exploring Oxford!
Pros:

Comfortable room in the annexe (quieter than the main building with the rail bridge works in progress). Lovely breakfast, and the cooked option (not Sundays) was excellent - worth the extra £6. Located near the railway station and great for a weekend exploring Oxford.

Cons:

The wi-fi in the annexe was a bit patchy. It's a bit pricey.

Hotellet ligger mit i en byggeplads. Det er selvfølgelig ikke hotellets skyld, men man viste det ikke, på forhånd. Vi fik et værelse i noget de kaldte anexet. Dette var en meget slidt gammel bygning på en sidevej til hotellet. Vi fik det øverste lille rum som aldrig kom under 28 grader. Det var næsten umuligt at tage bad da vandtrykket ekstremt lavt. Personalet var flinke, men kunne jo ikke gøre noget ved forholdene.

Flott by men et skuffende hotell.
Pros:

Fint beliggenhet i forhold til Oxford centrum. Fint hage å sitte i.

Cons:

Hvis man kjøper overnatting MED frokost forventer vi en normal Engelsk frokost. Vi fikk frukt serials, juice noe cakes og toast. Egg, Bacon mm. måtte bestilles og betales ekstra for. Ikke greit.
Det var varslet på forhånd om arbeid i nærheten. At natte arbeid foregikk rett utenfor vindue vårt ble ikke sagt i eposten vi fikk på forhånd. Også foregikk arbeid langt ut over de tidspunkter som ble varslet om i eposten (7 AM til 10 P?M). Ved det varme været ble lufting av rommet dermed vanskelig. Selve rommet, mener vi, var ikke tilfredstillende i forhold til det vi betalte.

Friendly staff, comfy simple rooms.
Pros:

Very nice and helpful staff. They care!! Stayed in their annex, which is a converted family home. Simple but comfortable, despite not being designed for the hot weather. A fan was provided. Excellent location on a residential street.

Cons:

There was a heat wave, and the room was stuffy. No one's fault. Opening the window helped.

Very welcoming hotel with a lovely patio and garden for breakfast
Pros:

The staff were wonderfully kind, welcoming, and helpful. We could leave our luggage there hours before our official check-in. The highlight was a lovely garden, where we were able to enjoy breakfast outdoors. They also provided gluten-free bread.:)

Cons:

It would be helpful to have a fan in the bathroom to reduce humidity in the rooms. The doors were little squeaky. Otherwise, everything was great.
