Остались очень довольны.
Pros:

Отличное расположение.Всё в шаговой доступности.Отель маленький,но приятный.На рецепшен приятные мужчины,всегда с улыбкой и спрашивают всё ли в порядке.Всегда готовы помочь.
Каждый день уборка,ставят воду.Кофе в капсульном аппарате только при заселении,потом покупали сами.Окна выходили во двор,но это никак не мешало открывать окна.Не шумно.

Cons:

Завтрак очень скудный.Практически нет никакого разнообразия.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent—from the warm hospitality to the delicious breakfast.

A special thank you to Ferhat for his kindness, friendliness, and exceptional hospitality. He was always helpful and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. His positive attitude truly made our experience even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Nice hotel ever
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel, Overall the hotel is very good.

Cons:

Only breakfast was not to our liking. Maybe because we are used to English and continental breakfast.

All in all, this was one of the better Hotels I stayed in Istanbul, my third time in the city.
Pros:

I like the staff service, very helpful at any time! The SPA was super nice, the location is prime.
Recepetion reachable at any time and helpful. In general, the Hotel was clean and organized.

Cons:

The fridge in the room was broken, the hair dryer stopped working all of a sudden, the staff gave us a replacemenet.
The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the double bed size was not realistic, around 150-160cm.
I would like more variety and better quality of food for breakfast.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel ils sont toujours là pour vous, je séjourner dans une chambre deluxe donc on était très bien ,assez d’espace avec deux fauteuils et un petite table basse, la chambre très correcte

Le petit-déj’ manque de choix vraiment très pauvre

Un week end lungo ad Istanbul
Pros:

Reception sempre molto attiva e disponibile ad aiutare il cliente ed a suggerire soluzioni . Hotel in posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dal tram T1 per il centro città e a 40 minuti di taxi dall’aeroporto. Camere ampie e confortevoli

Cons:

E’ da migliorare sicuramente la colazione breakfast : qualità un po’ scarsa e poco varia, succhi di frutta diluiti, marmellate non ben conservate. Bevande calde non all’altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. Pulizia delle camere non sempre precisa

Pros:

The location is near metro, tram, and bus station, easier to go anywhere to roam around the city. There are lots of restaurant around the hotel. Good value for money, eventhough the hotel quite old but still neat and comfortable. The staffs are also very helpfull.

Cons:

Sometimes there was too loud music from cafe near the hotel could be heard at night
