this hotel is not worth te be rated as 4 stars ...
Pros:

I liked the staff too much they are too much friendly especially brother GHALEB also ABDULLAH . in addition, when we use to have our breakfast, all the staff of the kitchen are very wonderful, friendly, humble, and so kind!

Cons:

I did not like the quality of the hotel in general as it is rated by 4 stars . the service and the facilitates should be done better that expected .... for example : the fridge had to be fixed and was not working properly, we did not have shampoo in the bathroom , .....

Everything was nice except the bathroom and they didn’t change our towels and bedsheets and pillows

Good location the staff was very kind and helpful

Cons:

If you get a single bed it’s a sofa bed and the bathroom was very old fashioned and they didn’t change our towels for 8 days and the bed sheets and pillows wasn’t changed for 8 days as well the room was dusty and not hoovered
